And I was working hard to make money for my clients. I don't know why they hold me accountable for any of their stupidity for when they lost their money when I had disclaimers all over the place.

You know? You're absolutely right. Want proof? Just take a look at my stock prices before things fell apart. They were phenomenal! And I just kept gouging California left and right. Heck, I even put little old ladies out on the street because they couldn't pay their electric bills.

Want more proof? Look at Arthur Anderson. They gave me and my company a clean bill of health! It's not my fault they 'lost' the audit papers.

And besides, I wasn't the CFO. That was Fastow's job. A couple of us tried to throw him under the bus but the damn government wouldn't have any of it. And neither did the SEC.

Heck, I was doing so well even after the company went bankrupt I was still building my new house and had plenty of money left over.

It's not my fault all these OTHER people screwed up. I didn't know what was going on anyway... at least that's what my attorney told me to say.

Convinced? I hope so!

Well, you seem to have everything here... except for the actual text from the Constitution.
Let's review the 4th Amendment:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
Any average person can tell you after reading the 4th Amendment that the government can't spy on the American public or any individual unless "probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized" is given.
Now, how about you update us on the progress of the investigation into the government's unconstitutional activities.
What's that, you say? You don't know because you were distracted by all the diversions to direct your attention toward Snowden?
I can't post everything from the court document. That's why I gave you the link...however, according to the court...

The Fourth Amendment guarantees "[t]he right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.....this Court uniformly has held that the application of the Fourth Amendment depends on whether the person invoking its protection can claim a "justifiable," a "reasonable," or a "legitimate expectation of privacy" that has been invaded by government action." According to the Supreme Court, no one has a legitimate expectation to expect that no history of the telephone numbers that have been dialed will be collected. That is the bottom line.

So, since the Supreme Court has already ruled that the collection of data like that collected by the NSA is constitutional, I don't to what "government's unconstitutional activities" you are referring.

But then where do Republicans get $6 TRILLION FOR IRAQ WAR?
OK, AND AFFFFFFGANNNNYYYSTANNNNN!
plus recruiting terrorists and planting bombs in USA buildings is expensive too?
OOHHHHHHHHHH BOY GEORGE!!!
you got your wars!!!
And war profits!
(Duhhhhh geee gomer: we were unable to scramble any interceptor fighter jets on 9eleven?)
But gomer! The USA intercepted 69 commercial jets
in the year 2000?(They were 2 miles off course, so up went the fighters!)
But 9eleven!!!!!
Lumbering jumbo jets flew off course by hundreds of miles over the USA's largest city and DC!
not a fighter was launched! <----- no defense put up?
But but but but: USA spends a TRILLION DOLLARS A YEAR FOR DEFENSE!
here sheep, here sheep,
Low and behold: USA INVADES COUNTRIES AT A TOTAL COST OF $6 TRILLION!
then withdraws. WAR PROFITS.
Republican. Greedy.
Republican. Selfish.
Republican. Liar.
Upon further review:

USA DID LAUNCH 2 CAPABLE SUPERSONIC FIGHTER JETS FULLY FUELED AND ARMED,

TO INTERCEPT THE PENTAGON JUMBO JET BOMBERS!!!

they did!

These fly boys who can go 1500mph in pursuit of the enemy.......were 130 miles away.......from DC.

THEY FLEW AT THE BREAK NECK SPEED OF 477mph!!!!

23mph SLOWER than the jumbo jet bomb they were after!

Hmmmmmmmmm?

(Geeeeeeeeeeee gomer, you can't catch up at that speed!)

The jumbo jet was not intercepted!!! In fact it did an acrobatic manuever mnutes before impact that veteran pilots describe as unbelievable.(This from a novice terrorist pilot who had recently failed an easy test in a Cessna!)

Conspiracy anyone, anyone, anyone?

The 9eleven commission budget was one tenth the budget of bbbbboner gate in the Clinton WH!

Then again, people like Newscorp have News of the World to actually perform illegal wiretaps to make sure their news is accurate.
