Well, missy, you keep proving you can't be taken seriously.

And once and for all the Clinton administration expanded the CRA to force banks to give loans to unqualified buyers for overpriced homes under the threat of penalties and racial liability.

WRONG AGAIN> ITS CALLED INEQUALITY; The Myth
In a land far, far away. There was once upon a time, when nations all over the world sought to emulate America.
They tried uniting their currencies {EU} without addressing their political and finical institutions. Alas it will not work. Presently this is being validated with their demise due to austerity prejudices.
Reexamining America in 2008 they found a flaw. America’s GDP per capita was tarnished and an inaccurate accounting of reality. They have been misled in their beliefs of America.
Economist within these nations searched for the truth. What they found; was that the U.S. economy was unstable even when all was appearing as well according to the GDP. They realized that growing inequality of wealth and income was being siphoned to the 1%. Hoarding the wealth and no distribution would soon run the engine of the working class out of the fluid movement of the fuel they required. Resulting in sputtering and inefficient production. For lack of production and the fluid income to sustain consumption, it soon proved to be a catastrophic error, Demise soon followed.
Half a century in the making by right wing policies. Living standards regressed back to earl 1900’s !
USA kept up appearances with the GDP increasing from 1980 to 2010.
Increasing by three fourths. All the while the male income declined.
Increases in austerity polices of the right continued. Siphoning wealth and income to the 1 % producing ever increasing inequality.
Thus; 1} U.S. Income growth occurs greater to the 1% and lesser to the 99%.
2} Inequality of laborer’s productivity distribution blossoms.
3} Middle class and below lose their standard of living to equate with what they were a century ago.
4} Inequalities’ in wealth is greater than the inequality of income!
5} Insecurity in income, health and home materializes.
6} Increasing poverty subjugates ever increasing amount of the middle class populace.
7} Middle class essentially is hollowed out.
8} Income mobility decreases advancing America “Land Of Opportunity” to be identified as a Myth.
9} America is now recognized by the rest of the advanced industrial nations as land of ever increasing inequality surpassing their own.
Right wing confronted with These analyst from the economist find it “Inconvenient”. Befuddled to explain it..
2014 coming up people….

Bush seems to support American Security
Former US president George W Bush has defended Prism, the internet spying system whose existence was leaked by whistleblower Edward Snowden.
The controversial programme began under Bush's presidency in 2007 and continued under Barack Obama. It was kept secret from the public until Snowden leaked information about it to the Guardian and Washington Post.
Speaking to CNN, Bush mounted his first public defence of the programme, which allowed the National Security Administration (NSA) to track people's internet and email activity for surveillance purposes.
He said: "I put the program in place to protect the country. And one of the certainties is civil liberties were guaranteed.
"I think there needs to be a balance, and as the president explained, there is a proper balance."
This is where Americans proclaimed bushie boy was being unconstitutional, and right wing extremists demanded to know what rights were being infringed.

Now they've gone the other way.

They just can't make up their minds where they stand unless they inject politics into the picture.

And if what you're saying is true son, we'd still have financial mess while the banks were doing what claimed was 'required' of them by law.

You keep saying the same thing. All I'm saying is you can prove your point by showing where CRA was repealed.

You seem to have a problem with the reality of the situation.

You know? You're absolutely right. Want proof? Just take a look at my stock prices before things fell apart. They were phenomenal! And I just kept gouging California left and right. Heck, I even put little old ladies out on the street because they couldn't pay their electric bills.

Want more proof? Look at Arthur Anderson. They gave me and my company a clean bill of health! It's not my fault they 'lost' the audit papers.

And besides, I wasn't the CFO. That was Fastow's job. A couple of us tried to throw him under the bus but the damn government wouldn't have any of it. And neither did the SEC.

Heck, I was doing so well even after the company went bankrupt I was still building my new house and had plenty of money left over.

It's not my fault all these OTHER people screwed up. I didn't know what was going on anyway... at least that's what my attorney told me to say.

Convinced? I hope so!

Well, you seem to have everything here... except for the actual text from the Constitution.
Let's review the 4th Amendment:
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
Any average person can tell you after reading the 4th Amendment that the government can't spy on the American public or any individual unless "probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized" is given.
Now, how about you update us on the progress of the investigation into the government's unconstitutional activities.
What's that, you say? You don't know because you were distracted by all the diversions to direct your attention toward Snowden?
I can't post everything from the court document. That's why I gave you the link...however, according to the court...

The Fourth Amendment guarantees "[t]he right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures.....this Court uniformly has held that the application of the Fourth Amendment depends on whether the person invoking its protection can claim a "justifiable," a "reasonable," or a "legitimate expectation of privacy" that has been invaded by government action." According to the Supreme Court, no one has a legitimate expectation to expect that no history of the telephone numbers that have been dialed will be collected. That is the bottom line.

So, since the Supreme Court has already ruled that the collection of data like that collected by the NSA is constitutional, I don't to what "government's unconstitutional activities" you are referring.

OOHHHHHHHHHH BOY GEORGE!!!
you got your wars!!!
And war profits!
(Duhhhhh geee gomer: we were unable to scramble any interceptor fighter jets on 9eleven?)
But gomer! The USA intercepted 69 commercial jets
in the year 2000?(They were 2 miles off course, so up went the fighters!)
But 9eleven!!!!!
Lumbering jumbo jets flew off course by hundreds of miles over the USA's largest city and DC!
not a fighter was launched! <----- no defense put up?
But but but but: USA spends a TRILLION DOLLARS A YEAR FOR DEFENSE!
here sheep, here sheep,
Low and behold: USA INVADES COUNTRIES AT A TOTAL COST OF $6 TRILLION!
then withdraws. WAR PROFITS.
Republican. Greedy.
Republican. Selfish.
Republican. Liar.
Upon further review:

USA DID LAUNCH 2 CAPABLE SUPERSONIC FIGHTER JETS FULLY FUELED AND ARMED,

TO INTERCEPT THE PENTAGON JUMBO JET BOMBERS!!!

they did!

These fly boys who can go 1500mph in pursuit of the enemy.......were 130 miles away.......from DC.

THEY FLEW AT THE BREAK NECK SPEED OF 477mph!!!!

23mph SLOWER than the jumbo jet bomb they were after!

Hmmmmmmmmm?

(Geeeeeeeeeeee gomer, you can't catch up at that speed!)

The jumbo jet was not intercepted!!! In fact it did an acrobatic manuever mnutes before impact that veteran pilots describe as unbelievable.(This from a novice terrorist pilot who had recently failed an easy test in a Cessna!)

Conspiracy anyone, anyone, anyone?

The 9eleven commission budget was one tenth the budget of bbbbboner gate in the Clinton WH!
