Are you a creationist? Did man ride around on dinosaurs? And not just in Texas.

though what i can't understand is....why this whole fantasy about conservatives wanting to be the known as those who stood up for the black folks didn't start until a black man was in the WH.

Temecula cooler than other Inland Empire locations due to gap in mountains allowing ocean breezes that facilitate vineyards.
Not a member price, which is zero.
Forty miles is a hop skip and a jump pal, and then you're saying that Redhawks expensive website is wrong? I know it's hard to see that far from Berks County, but google is free and fast as is Bing if you prefer.

For you to sit here & ignore or completely lie about global warming makes you like more of an ass than a stereotypical black girl. It's not even an argument or a debate. It's me tell facts of which I've lived through &, you telling lies spun behind money hungry people who would sacrifice their unborn grandchildren to put away a couple thousand more dollars. You don't fit thatdescription so, that makes you look more of an ass to argue someones point that doesn't serve your interest. Your logic is, all scientist haven't agreed on the subject so, it's not true. My position is, I can feel it with my own flesh. I don't need a scientist to tell me what I feel. That would make me a trueobserver of the topic & you a Republican robot, get it now?
The Earth has been warming for over 10,000 years.
The Earth has been without the polar ice caps multiple times in recent Earth history.
Every time the ice caps melsted the lowland areas were flooded as the sea transgressed.
The ice caps will melt even if humans never existed.

What are you clowns doing to prepare for this certainty?

I'll tell you. You're wasting everything promoting some bullshit theory you have to invent fraudulent science to "prove" to serve some political agenda.

How about faceing reality and planning for the inevitable melting of the ice caps and the rise of sea level, flooding every city in every country near the coast.

The portion of the act that was bounced allowed the DOJ to approve/disapprove redistricting plans, which are routinely reviewed by courts elsewhere in the country.

Blacks voting, gays marrying, what's next? Black gays voting?

This is no way for a white, Christian, male dominated society to exist.

In the SE where many homes are total electric the "yearly" cost for hot water could represent 30% to 40% of the "total" hours used.
Solar hot water is worthwhile for many paying for itself within a matter of a few to several years depending on family size. Additionally, many power providers, Duke Energy, FPLE etc offer handsome rebates-incentives etc for qualified units installed by professionals.

Barnes and Noble actually encourages people to camp out, figuring they will buy coffee and food from their cafe to make up for lagging book sales.

Some folks use it as an office, conducting small meetings. Others use it for conducting job interviews, perhaps because they want a neutral site.

The GOP DID have a pretty good civil rights record until they were taken over by southern racists. Neither Party's record before the shift in the 60's-70's has much at all to do with how those parties are today.

As far as making MLK a Republican its just more of the stupid little sht the fringe loonies cook up that the idiot masses lap up.

I really didn't much care what was going on with Paula Deen until I read the complaint filed by Lisa Jackson against Paula Deen and her brother, Earl "Bubba" Hiers, but now, I am disgusted and hope Paula Dean Enterprises loses everything.

Granted, the major complaints are against Paula's very ignorant brother who refers to Ms. Jackson as "my little Jew girl" but Paula Deen stood by and did nothing about his pornography and abuse of African American staff members. It's hard to believe that, in this day and age, they would allow white staff members to use the customer restrooms but deny the same privilege to African-Amerian staff members.

You be the judge.

already have.

It was both unfortunate and disastrous that the Republican Party nominated Barry Goldwater as its candidate for President of the United States.

In foreign policy Mr. Goldwater advocated a narrow nationalism, a crippling isolationism, and a trigger-happy attitude that could plunge the whole world into the dark abyss of annihilation.

On social and economic issues, Mr. Goldwater represented an unrealistic conservatism that was totally out of touch with the realities of the twentieth century. The issue of poverty compelled the attention of all citizens of our country. Senator Goldwater had neither the concern nor the comprehension necessary to grapple with this problem of poverty in the fashion that the historical moment dictated.

On the urgent issue of civil rights, Senator Goldwater represented a philosophy that was morally indefensible and socially suicidal. While not himself a racist, Mr. Goldwater articulated a philosophy which gave aid and comfort to the racist. His candidacy and philosophy would serve as an umbrella under which extremists of all stripes would stand.

In the light of these facts and because of my love for America, I had no alternative but to urge every Negro and white person of goodwill to vote against Mr. Goldwater and to withdraw support from any Republican candidate that did not publicly disassociate himself from Senator Goldwater and his philosophy.

While I had followed a policy of not endorsing political candidates, I felt that the prospect of Senator Goldwater being President of the United States so threatened the health, morality, and survival of our nation, that I could not in good conscience fail to take a stand against what he represented.
