I mean, if you have to pay out of your own pocket because you're so strongly opposed to changing doctors it MUST be socialism right?
Right-wing idiots having to pay their own way is the very definition of socialism isn't it?
Normal, independent & self sufficient people already pay their way.

Same with many other specialists.
Obamacare is anti-choice.
I AM still married, one immediate benefit of Obamacare is that I may finally be able to get divorced.

Ya see, she won't divorce me as long as I provide her health insurance. Once she can get supplemental coverage under Obamacare we should be able to proceed with the divorce.

I want to thank all of you for taking her off my hands.

Interesting how Obama has ZERO influence and is the laughing stock of the world.
Obama has lost all credibility, as the NY Times has said in writing.
Obama said he was against all this spying when he was lying to get elected. Now he is a spying fascist on steroid.
I'm glad Snowden embarrassed the jive-ass punk obama. Obama's policies are so misguided, this really doesn't matter in the big scheme of things. The man is a wimp.
The world is Russia, China, Ecuador, and Cuba? Didn't know that. I Know Obama is not respected in SOME parts of the world, But I won't sit while you claim that EVERY part of the world has the same racist mentality as the racist right of America. They don't!
Let's face it, you have to have gigantic egos if you're going to be a major player in politics. But you have to also have goals and standards. Palin has neither goals or standards. Obama's goals was to get us off that cliff we nearly toppled over into an even greater Depression than the last one. He did it in spite of all the incredible obstruction he has faced every single step of the way. Palin has neither the ability or the passion to do so.

The truth raises it's ugly head and Issa strikes again:

The IRS Inspector General's office says the 50 page audit prepared by his office regarding groups targeted by the IRS did not include the progressive groups that were targeted because "that was outside the scope of the audit that was originally requested by Issa." Issa told them to look at Tea Party groups and that is what they did.

Rep. Sander Levin of Michigan, the ranking member on the House Ways and Means Committee:

"I think the failure of the IG to acknowledge this, to address it, created the opportunity for people to politicize this and to try to connect it with the president and to probably help lead to statements that were not true."

Ya think? Issa is nothing but a Republican snake.

Because we pay for people who don't pay with higher costs. We also compete with tens of millions of healthcare customers who have no stake in limiting their care because the government pays for it. During the debate the teabagger crowd was demanding the government write a blank check to pay for some theoretical granny's hip replacement cutely labeling the practice of limiting coverage "death panels".
There is where I have a problem. I think everyone should pay for themselves and no one else. Do you think they are going to take the tax off my property bill that funds the state and county hospital? how about it? or is that where the illegal criminals and the rest of the indigents are going to go.

And then this: I don't want to pay for fat people.
A recent decision by the AMA may have a dangerous ripple effect.

Last week, the House of Delegates of the American Medical Association (AMA) voted to classify obesity as a disease. While the AMA has no legal authority, as one of largest organizations for conventional medicine, it has tremendous sway over public policy makers, insurance companies, and the public.

One of the main reasons doctors have been reluctant to prescribe obesity drugs is that obesity drugs are currently not covered by Medicare, and most insurance companies take their coverage cues from Medicare. Since the AMA has such sway with the government, its classification of obesity as a disease may well end up influencing what Medicare will cover (which also benefits the AMA, since they establish the billing codes in line with what Medicare will cover). Labeling obesity as a disease gives doctors a much larger market base for their lucrative obesity treatments: one-third of Americans are obese, meaning there is a potential market of 104 million people.

The problem, of course, is that obesity is a lifestyle condition, not a disease in and of itself. Studies show that most medical schools fail to supply even a meager 25 hours of instruction in diet and nutrition, so doctors will inevitably turn to the treatments they know best: drugs and surgery.

Good thing the doctors are going to push up the cost of so called 'health care for the masses ay?

(AP) IG: IRS credit cards used for wine, pornography
By STEPHEN OHLEMACHER
Associated Press
WASHINGTON
Poor oversight by the Internal Revenue Service allowed workers to use agency credit cards to buy wine for an expensive luncheon, dorky swag for managers' meetings and, for one employee, romance novels and diet pills, an agency watchdog said Tuesday.

Two IRS credit cards were used to buy online pornography, though the employees said the cards were stolen. One of the workers reported five agency credit cards lost or stolen.

IRS employees used agency credit cards to make more than 273,000 purchases totaling nearly $108 million in 2010 and 2011, according to the report by the Treasury inspector general for tax administration.

The vast majority of those purchases were legitimate, the report said. However, the report said the IRS has inadequate controls to prevent inappropriate purchases.

For example, investigators found that one IRS employee spent $2,655 on diet pills, romance novels, steaks, a smartphone and baby-related items, including bottles, games and clothes. The case was referred to the IG's office that investigates employee misconduct, the report said.

Among other "improper" purchases identified by the inspector general:

_$3,152 to rent a popcorn machine and to buy prizes for an employee event, including bandanas, stuffed animals, sunglasses and stovepipe hats.

_$418 for novelty decorations and swag at managers' meetings, including kazoos, bathtub toys and "Thomas the Tank Engine" wristbands.

With people reduced to wearing mask when they venture outside; schools forced to cancel outdoor activities and field trips; parents with means choosing schools based on air-filtration systems; and some international schools building gigantic, futuristic-looking domes over sports fields to ensure healthy breathing, China has paid a terrible price for their reliance on Coal-fired Power plants.
Just this month Hong Kong adopted measures to improve their air quality including a mandate that coal-fired power plants provide detailed environmental information to the public. They have ordered them to reduce their emissions "for each unit of economic output by 30 percent by the end of 2017."
Public outcries stopped the construction of coal-fired power plants in the southern provinces of Guangdong and Hainan and Beijing (where levels of deadly pollutants are up to 40 times the recommended exposure limit) is "reducing its consumption of heavily polluting coal."

Smoke and mirrors.

Your statement is an interesting twist of the FACTS. Just exactly how many employer insurance plans cover 100% of the cost of medical care... No deductibles for hospitalization, no fees for office visits or lab tests? I guarantee you employer covered insurance plans with that type of coverage would be every bit as costly as the Medicare + supplemental coverage you referenced.

=========

Obama is lacking the realization of the ramification of world reality.

When he extends the hacking of civilians in and out, it is difficult to find pals around the world.

He still doesn't understand today is 2013, not even 2003, that people of the globe have grown in big numbers and quantities of wishes wanting more righteous rights and liberty than 10 years ago.

From his so doing, it not only puts back of rights of freedom backward, the immense purposeless direction to ask Russia to give back Snowden , looks like a fantasy and a fallacy.

Why would Russia extradite Snowden as it has popularity from the world demand to give Russians lots of credits to protect people from insane manipulation of events based on falsehood and groundless stand?
Besides, that is Russia which is a better deal while US makes its own bad, as the world looks on.
