Do you have a reading comprehension problem? As the article clearly pointed out, SVTC intends to see that, instead of becoming electronic waste, solar panels are recycled.
Solar panels have an expected lifespan of at least 20 years so to claim they are polluting "now" is a bit of a stretch. I have no doubt that the industry will see to it that a responsible program will be implemented before a significant number of panels pile up.
