If they cave in on amnesty, their base will stay home and they will lose in 2014.
Why vote for a party that ignores their base?
Actually, why can't the t-p form their own party instead of trying to hijack what doesn't belong to them?

Right. And the guy running GE sits on the Magic Negro's Jobs Council.
Liberals love the feel of a noose around their necks but only if the hangman is a Democrat.
GLB gave us one of the worse financial disasters in history.

And that's with democrats working with them.

To the contrary, we will never forget 9-11-01 as long as one single Islamic terrorist continues to breathe.

That is why we so despise our so-called President fighting on the side of this human filth in Syria.

for the record, the empty suit, affirmative action candidate Hussein Oblamer BEGGED for the job. Of course he didn't tell us he'd spend years blaming his predecessor for his failures, did he?.
Begging is like Romney son.

He's caught dissing 47% of Americans, then tries to claim he's for 100% of Americans.

He couldn't be a man and just stand on his principles... what little there was.

Republican court ducks issue ?

WASHINGTON (Reuters)- The U.S. Supreme Court avoided a major ruling on affirmative action in college student admissions on Monday, but warned that university policies that take race into account could be more vulnerable to legal challenges in the future.

In a lopsided 7-1 vote that few expected, the justices sent a case about the policy at the University of Texas at Austin back to a lower court for reconsideration.

In a lopsided 7-1 vote that few expected, the justices sent a case about the policy at the University of Texas at Austin back to a lower court for reconsideration.
The SCOTUS ruling means that schools like the University of Texas cannot use race as a criterion for admission if there are any other race-neutral alternatives to achieve diversity.

Justice Anthony Kennedy, writing for the court, said a federal appeals court needs to subject the University of Texas admission plan to the highest level of judicial scrutiny. The opinion said the court must be satisfied "that no workable race-neutral alternatives would produce the educational benefits of diversity."

The compromise ruling throws out the decision by the New Orleans-based 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which upheld the Texas admission plan.

Kennedy said the appeals court did not test the Texas plan under the most exacting level of judicial review. He said such a test is required by the court's 2003 decision upholding affirmative action in higher education.
