The argument isn't about having the NSA, but rather about using it for extensive spying on American citizens. For those who can't see the difference, well....
Boycott the Food Channel!
Bloomberg for President!
NSA spies on Americans,as does China and most likely the UK.

This president is no worse or better than any other president for the last several years since Eisenhower's Industrial War Complex speech and since Kennedy was assassinated. Since then we have been expected to be sheep who don't question the dictations of our government "investigations" and the media interpretation of it all. Real reporters of news are few as real news is rarely reported anyway.
Earth to Moonbat:

You obviously have no clue about anything. Must be a Democrat.

Do you actually think the Vietnam protesters "were sheep" when Democrat President Kennedy sent 50,000+ of our kids to die?

You are correct about real news not being reported. The Democrat Media does not report how the government under this presi-DENT "Obama" has targeted segments of the population for harassment, as "Obama" personally did against conservatives and the Tea Party, using the IRS and other federal agencies, abusing his power. Where the hell have you been for the last two months?

The Democrats want sheep, sweetie. Why else would they target a group they don't agree with and deny them their rights as citizens? You have no clue about this because you listen to want you want to hear (nothing).

For you to say "they are all the same" shows you have no flocking clue.

You, my dear,

ARE THE SHEEP !!!!

Let me guess...

You are an Obama voting DemocRAT?

Indeed.

It is documented
Open Society Foundation is Soros' group.
The 990 forms for Open Society Foundation
http://www.guidestar.org/organizations/13-702...
These filings show donations to
The Foundation for National Progress. This organization found Media Consortium which has also received money from Open Society Foundation. Media Consortium funnels funds to Foundation for National Progress to assist in funding projects.
Foundation for National Progress exists to publish and support "Mother Jones"
http://www.charitynavigator.org/index.cfm...
So yes Soros helps fund Mother Jones
The Soros funding is like the tentacles of an Octopus that no one can see. I am surprised constantly to find who and what organization is funded by Soros. These tentacles go much deeper than you might think. Scientific American, for example, was publishing a long list of articles about government, technology and society(NOT SCIENCE!) last year and I found myself in disagreement with most of the article authors. One in particular cam across as a Marxist plant - lo and behold, I later learned that the organization he had created and ran was mostly funded by George Soros.

Soros is a very dangerous and his tentacles are very well hidden.

He supported the Magic Negro way back there when he was still smoking dope and running with Marxist mentors.

I have to note you do not comment on the red line in the sand that president nobama made. Not a dime's worth of arms should be sent to the area and not a single one of the detainees should be released. Nothing America does is going to change the behavour, they will continue to do what they have done for centuries, murder and maim, children and women at the top of their list.

There must be a lot of upset of US in manufacturing the very noisy outcry of attracting to look for International attention about naming the Snowden case.
As US keeps on pressing Snowden to make the world to see if US is being agitated by Russia and disagreement from others on many matters in UN or not, many local newspapers report more on Snowden story than the robbers and traffic accidents, US must be being ignored by the world on Syria, so it goes about expressing its sadness on Snowden for extradition in order to seek the sorrow to be mended.
Wow, global people do not scratch or shake heads, and would wipe the lips after a dinner, by pondering what big attention is that all about,as Snowden matters are shuffled to people's in-between slots of work time to puzzle if they would be feeling better drinking some glasses of wine or beer, but then they come to the gossiping and wondering if US would charge people picking the nose too?
Just who needs a relationship with sad people about Snowden, as they say Russia would give up Snowden for a relation?
Just how many defectors from Russia, China and other countries have gone to US to leak their secrecy, and would they seek extradition too?
There is the perspective of different beliefs in the system of justice everywhere, as US judges are more political than watching justice, or would rather bring some gun to polish around or sleep around of the clock. What makes one think US has better justice than other countries?
It is too naive to believe people want the model of Justice from US, unless there are blueprints for B-1 bombers, guidance system and laser technology , by which Bush would be happy to give to them during his time.
Since Obama visited Britain, someone from UK not knowing much, called him prime minister from seeing him buying cigarettes, he might as well want to invite Obama to be his PM as he likes British smoke better when his real PM Cameron does not smoke.
But don't forget, hey, you the British, why don'[t you give Obama smoke instead, and ask what he is going to do about Assange in the Ecuador embassy in Britain?
That so many people defect to countries and vice versa when International people have lots of differences in views is just the fact of reality, why does US give very loud voices about Snowden and Assange?
There is some kind of abnormality in this among so many defectors and people seeking sanctuary and accommodation anywhere, while US wants to make it look more peculiar, needs a lot of attention only because it calls the label of traitors (Calling Snowden a traitor means Snowden is a political refugee). But, or, is it that other countries are not calling theirs as traitors to defect to US which has tendency to violate the International laws, that it would press others to break their laws too by giving them extradition?
Does US want to push others to extradite to break laws, and simultaneously want a relationship?
Well then, if a political science professor can't answer you the question, why don't you ask the vendor at the hot-dog stand since so many customers of his keep asking the same question when US pushes, on extradition, as this is the International matter, not just US's, and so are Syria and others?
Even the vendor would say US is accustomed to think nothing else that matters as the case of Iraq war, as if it thinks it is only it (the major force and not from much anyone else) on the planet, with none of many others around.
Where are you people of the world heading in the direction of the globe, in any way, if there is only one consent with no International differences and rules of law and justice?

To what extent do we EVER know the whole story?
We don't. But making a stab at fixing perceived wrongs is both a right and an obligation. How often do people in power use the "State Secrets" BS on the citizens who ask questions? Often. VERY often.
With this administration, arguably more than ever.
Only a FOX lemming would infer that the Obama administration has used the "State Secrets" BS more than the Bush/Cheney administration. And only an absolute moron wouldn't recognize the necessity for the State to keep some of their tactics from the public. This is just another example of your habitual whining.

What else do we expect them to say? "Uhhhh, yeah. Well, we spent all this time spying on Americans and well ... we got nuthin'."
Nevertheless, somehow the Boston bombers, the underwear bomber, Maj. Nidal, and the Time's Square bomber all stayed off their radar?
All it means is that no system is foolproof. What is accomplished by the general public being privy to all national security programs? Our enemies or terror groups are being educated in our weak points. Nidal was suspect; however, do we arrest every person who is acting weird ? He was a US citizen in the military.
The Boston bombers story is intriguing and I'm not convinced that the Russians actually warned anyone; perhaps they were sent on their mission by the Russians, and furthermore may be connected to the Syria debacle. Anyone who trusts Putin and the Ruusians is insane.
