Ms. Klobuchar said Minnesota contains 400 medical device companies that employ 35,000 people, amounting to “one of the bright spots in America’s economy.” She said the 2.3 percent tax stifles innovation and threatens America’s position as the top exporter of medical devices.

“While I’m proud to be a champion of [the health care law], I believe that the medical device tax is just not the way to pay for it,” said Sen. Al Franken, Minnesota Democrat, during floor debate.

By the way, a "10-year,$30-billion revenue hole" is chump change for Obamacare. The monthly deficit will be far higher than $30 billion.

For anyone who does not think the law increases medical cost. This is Obama's comment on medical devices being exempt

"It should contribute in the same way that hospitals, drug companies and health insurance plans are also taking cuts or paying higher taxes."

Listen dunderhead this law was repealed.

"The Community Living Assistance Services and Supports Act (or CLASS Act) was a U.S. federal law, enacted as Title VIII of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. There are many parts of Obamacare which is non-workable. Piece by piece it will be dismantled for a variety of reasons including angry voters who decide they where lied too.

Out of sight, out of mind.

Obama himself has stated several times Kenya was his birthplace. Michelle has said it in a speech at a womens group meeting in 2010, that Obama was born in Kenya, called it his homeland. His Aunt said he was born there and that she was present at his birth. How many times does it have to be said before people will listen? Is his Aunt lying, the one he calls Auntie? I do not think so. Many people there say he was. Even a big sign at the village with his name and face calling this his birthplace. Why do you think they are not going there?

Obama is a Kenyan and people have known that for a long time. He should be removed from office and all bills signed and executive orders signed must be null and void

This is all you need to know.

WASHINGTON, DC – The Government Accountability Office released two new reports today confirming the Obama Administration is ill-equipped for the implementation of the federally facilitated health insurance and the Small Business Health Option Program exchanges created under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. The reports state the programs’ implementation delays and missed deadlines show potential for “implementation challenges going forward.”

"The non-partisan GAO reports underscore the sad reality that the administration is still woefully unprepared for implementation despite the law being signed over three years ago," said Chairman Upton. "News of delays and missed deadlines are now just as prevalent as reports of Obamacare’s broken promises and the looming rate shock in store for millions of Americans."

Whether democrats charge like deranged bulls in defending Obamacare or start doing the backstroke, it's just going to be a big mess.

And everyone knows it.

Why Hillary Clinton might not win in 2016

Chuck Todd takes a "Deep Dive" look into how some think Hillary Clinton's legacy won’t protect her and automatically make her a frontrunner if she runs for president in 2016.

Even if Clinton decides to run - she will be in her late 60s by the 2016 election cycle - her various failures as Secretary of States, Benghazi chief among them, will rise up to haunt her. Unfortunately she has a record and it is not an altogether good one.

Democrats, it is asserted, like to go with the fresh, new face that is long on charisma and short of ability. Obama is a prime example of that.

Diligence, as Barack Obama has taught us, does not guarantee success. Getting results and performing when it counts — as Obama also teaches — are what matters in politics. And results are what Clinton doesn’t get, and probably won’t get in 2016.

Do we actually pay big salaries to the drones at the CBO to state the obvious.?

Plus, the American workers who will see their wages lowered will be primarily black and Hispanic.

We have already surrender and now Obama wants Peace Talks with the Taliban to make it more embarrassing.

We would be better off exploding what we can't take and leave.
