Barack Obama, our next President

Well, I stand corrected on the dates of the comments. My mistake. However, the bottom line is the FACT that neither comment had anything to do with OBAMA playing the race card as Galt asserted. In fact, both Biden and Reid had to apologize to Obama for their remarks. Got that??? THEY APOLOGIZED FOR THEIR INAPROPRIATE REMARKS. OBAMA was not playing the "race card".
It is part of history now that the Magic Negro DID play the Race Card during the primary.

NBC News: http://www.nbcnews.com/id/22657327/ns/politic...

"Strikingly, though, one of Clinton's supporters, New York Rep. Charles Rangel, was sharply critical of Obama in an interview during the day. "How race got into this thing is because Obama said 'race,'" Rangel, the dean of the Congressional Black Caucus, said on television station NY1."

Move on.

Call me naive, but I don't understand how the entire civilized world is unable to collectively stop the atrocities in Syria.
And why they were unable to do the same in Rwanda and Darfur.
Isn't there enough military power collectively to put a quick and swift end to this kind of suffering?
What exactly is the purpose of the UN besides wringing their hands?

No, it's just depressing reading about children being beheaded, tortured and killed.

I know this goes on in other parts of the world too.

But civilized people don't do that to children even in a civil war.

They need help from the world community. I don't have a clue how that could happen. But the hardest part about watching the movie, Hotel Rwanda, was the announcement on the radio saying the United States was not going to help them while they were being slaughtered.

I just don't understand that.

Well, the entire world is living through a very restless and uncertain time. If we all live long enough, we'll see one chapter of world history end and another one begin.

The other shoe has to drop one of these days, both here and abroad. It can't stay in limbo forever.

At least we have front row seats...if that's good news.

Night everyone.

Signing the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, President Clinton put the Community Reinvestment Act on steroids.
Did you even try to confirm it?
GLB was a mistake for Clinton.

But we can thank Phil Gramm for that. And it wasn't so much the GLB as it was the removal of the GlassĖSteagall Act of 1933 that paved the merger way for larger banks to sell insurance instruments with banks.

You should bone up on your history son. You're playing in a field you're ill-equipped to handle.

I feel sorry for the kids you taught.

Clinton has been cited for creating the bad loan environment - out of good intentions no doubt - but the crisis originated then.

You should feel sorry for the kids and teachers trapped in progressive liberal schools. Student/teacher violence is becoming an epidemic.

You would have learned something in my class.

The United Nations is a joke and the US should never commit forces under UN command.

Let the Syrians solve their own problems in the way that Muslims always have, by slaughtering each other.

Adults can be unaffected by certain ingredients while children CAN be affected because they are in a growth pattern.

IOWs, a grown kidney may be unaffected by aspartame while a growing one will be.

That's your claim son. As I said, the problems began with the elimination of Glass-Steagal so banks could start working on other financial instruments they weren't allowed to.

You making your personal claims doesn't change anything. There was no requirement to change loan regs. That's something cons made up.

The election system in the US now allows corporations and foreign governments to make donations, or to support candidate anonymously.

Conservatives cheered this as a benefit for Americans.

Somehow, I don't see it. In fact, it's more like selling the farm.

I didnít want you to miss this.
Louisiana Senator Elbert Guillory (R-Opelousas) explains why he recently switched from the Democrat Party to the Republican Party. He discusses the history of the Republican Party, founded as an Abolitionist Movement in 1854. Guillory talks about how the welfare state is only a mechanism for politicians to control the black community.
Video here. Transcript below. Perfect.

MAKE IT VIRAL: Black Louisiana Senator Elbert Guillory explains why he became a Republican
This has to be one of the most powerful Ďadsí Iíve ever seen on what it means to be a Republican. But even more than that, Louisiana Senator Elbert Guillory explains why, as a black man, leaving the Democratic Party and becoming a Republican was absolutely the right choice and not nearly as tough as some have suggested.
I am deeming this a MUST WATCH because itís fantastic:
http://therightscoop.com/make-it-viral-black-...
HEY STUPID! Elbert Guillory was originally a Republican who turned Democrat to gain a political advantage in his district. He's always held these so called "conservative" views. There was no great epiphany on his part.
