Our government today is preparing to fight a large-scale war against the American people. It is a simple deduction that, since it is an undisputable fact the government is preparing for war with the American people, the PRISM spying program is intended to assist the government's unconstitutional action against the American people in its coup attempt to take over the country and eliminate the constitutional republic.
So, obviously, no, PRISM isn't reasonable. It is a tool to increase the number of Americans killed by the government in their rebellion against the constitutional republic.
