Are you FOR emergency room health care service for the uninsured? Do you believe that is a cheaper way to care for these people? Or, should we just let them die?

"real dumb"
What changes do you foresee? Please list them. Hopefully president nobama will not start easing the restrictions. Also hopefully if he tries to the congress will thwart his efforts. The president of Iran doe not set policy that is the job of ayatollah ali khameni and the ruling clerics.
Please advice us as to what president nobama did to bring about the change.

Galt says medical facility costs differ depending on what insurance the patient has. I guess they bring in cheaper help for Medicare patients? Maybe the use less expensive bandaids?

Of course, there is ,if you understand that the human economy works like any other living web of inter-relationships between people, material things, and other living life forms within the constraints of the dynamic closed system of Earth. "In 2009, Maryland Governor Martin O'Malley adopted the Genuine Progress Indicator (GPI) as a new measure of economic well being in the state. CSE and Refining Progress pioneered the GPI's latest iteration, which Maryland now uses. Together with Institute for Policy Studies, CSE used Maryland's GPI to address the issue of inequality. In Maryland, as elsewhere, inequality of wealth, income, and opportunity has been steadily increasing for decades and thwarting genuine economic progress in many ways. Our analysis asked the question: "If Maryland returned to a level of income equity achieved in 1968 - its historical best - how would that affect the GPI?" Our analysis found that a return to a level of income equity achieved in the late 1960s would have the effect of doubling the average household income of the lowest quintile from $15,000 to nearly $30,000 and generating nearly $49 billion in economic benefits to the state each year in terms of increases in the value of personal consumption expenditures. We also found that additional spending by low and middle-income families could add another $10 billion. " Check this out: http://www.sustainable-economy.org/main/news/...

Dream on Flacko, a family and their doctor? Marcus Welby MD? C'mon, get your head out of your azz.

The first time a family member is referred to a specialist, the game changes. A lady college softballer with a case of staph quickly gets an infectious disease specialist and a private room__$17,500 disappears before the sun goes down and then it starts getting real expensive because MRSA lingers in college sports locker rooms.

You're a foolish man! Really!

Type in "staph infection college sports" for a look see.

1) First of al;, whether it is filly funded, solvent or bankrupt had anything to do with efficiency.
2) Medicare is currently solvent.
3) To expect that we have money in an account to pay for all future costs of social security and medicare for each & every American is too ridiculous

Efficiency is a measurement of your output with consideration to your input in time & expense. you could be he most efficient manufacturer of widgets but if you can't sell enough widgets to meet your expenses, you will go bankrupt.

To claim that SS & Medicare are in the hole because of future obligations is just plain dishonest.

I realize that you sit there if figure " Lets see, I'll probably be utilizing the cable service until I die in another 40 years, so I need to add 40 x 12 x $70 to my debt. Next you figure electric, phone, gasoline, etc. How much are you in the hole? What? You don't have money in the bank right now to pay for everything until you die?

It's not a vacation dumbass.
Bush visited Africa twice...and required the same level of security, etc. I guess FOX is getting really desperate now that the IRS "scandal" has nothing to do with the WH, and since Benghazi witchhunt went no where.

No, I am not. It has everything to do with it. The doctors are saying they can provide unlimited medical services for a monthly fee; they are negotiating lower costs for blood work and testing. This is the same model as universal single payer healthcare.
There is no need for insurance companies who make a profit by charging premiums and not paying for services.
I realize this is a concept that escapes you. Think about it.
