Same in North Korea. A guard who escaped one of the gulags there spoke freely in a documentary, "Camp 14: Total Control Zone", who also had great difficulty at times talking about what he had done, said he didn't know how he could have done such things to fellow human beings. He was actually victim himself - fearing betrayal.

My God, Flack, comparing Obama to death camps. You right whiners get more ridiculous every day.
Issa & his gang of idiots don't give a crap whether the IRS did this or what really happened in Benghazi.
They only care if they can somehow tie Obama to something.
It's not about death camps. It's the mentality of following orders in a country where interrogating Americans and posting their names and addresses because they oppose the policies of those in power was once unheard of and would have once shocked the entire nation.

But complacency is now what we are seeing.

It's about having the media, the unions and the IRS on your side who are only looking out for Americans willing to follow blindly and deliberately trying to silence any opposition in spite of such a dangerous abuse of power.

How do you think oppression and tyranny starts in other countries?

Don't you get it?

Oh, do tell. Someone is passing around those photos of people wearing their pants down low, asking people to "like" if they think it should be banned!
What next? Ban those wrap around sunglasses the old folks wear for cataracts? Walkers?
Right wingers want laws for everything, we are becoming a police state. Now they've passed anti texting while driving, giving the police another reason to harrass people. It's getting ridiculous.
"silly"
"Flack" is not speaking of a law when he noted that convienence stores post a sign regarding hoodies. Stores are not telling anyone they can not wear a hoodie they are simply telling them to take the hoodie down when they enter. Stores have the right to refuse service to those who adversely affect their business. They can refuse entrance to those who do not wear a shirt or shoes.
"silly" you are the one who wants laws passed that restrict how a business is ran.
If folks were not sofuckinjg stoopid many laws would not be necessary. Texting while driving should be a no no. Folks should have enough sense not to. Just wait until some idiot texting rams into you.

Susan Rice to be appointed national security adviser
By Chuck Todd, Chief White House Correspondent, NBC News 6/5/2013
Susan Rice will replace Tom Donilon as national security adviser, the White House is expected to announce Wednesday.
Rice, currently the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, will be formally introduced in her new role by President Barack Obama at 2 p.m. ET. A White House official says Samantha Power, a former special assistant to the president on the National Security Council, will be nominated to replace Susan Rice as the U.N. ambassador.
Susan Rice, the U.S. ambassador to the United States, will be nominated to become the new national security adviser.
The changes are a significant reshuffle of the White House foreign policy team.
Rice has been at the center of a storm over the early accounts of the attacks on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, which later proved to be incorrect.
"Independent"
You are surprized by the appointment of Rice, the Benghazi liar, to her new position? You should not be. It is a position that does not require senate approval, ergo no questions as to how shefucked up and lied for 5 days blaming the attack on a video.

<quoted text>When President Obama hosted his annual Iftar dinner in August 2010 to commemorate the Muslim celebration of Ramadan, the list of invitees published by the White House was curiously missing the names of several attendees–all of whom were top leaders of organizations known to be purveyors of jihadi ideology and implicated by federal prosecutors in financing terrorism.
Yet it was not like they had crashed the party. In fact, one of the individuals missing on the official White House list, Mohamed Majid, president of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), was pictured in a news service photograph sitting at the front table just a few feet from the president as he spoke. When Majid was hailed by Time Magazine in November 2005 as a “moderate Muslim cleric” who was helping the FBI fight terrorists, he quickly published an open letter to his congregation on the mosque’s website assuring his congregants that he was doing no such thing, stating that his relationship with the FBI was a one-way street only to communicate Muslim community concerns–not to report on individuals suspected of terrorist activity.
It was just a few years ago the attorney general of the United States was canceling Muslim outreach events for the sole reason that Majid would be present at the meeting, because the Department of Justice had just named the ISNA as an unindicted co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing trial in American history.
I give O'bama credit for his outreach to terrorism- are you satisfied? I also giving him credit for helping moslems around the world in their quest for jihad. Satisfied yet?
The terrorist at Fort Hood has been granted permission to represent himself in court and can question the victims himself.

He's also getting paid to do it.

It's going to be a spectacle for the Al Jazeera network.

America truly lost its way electing those who now sit in power.

Complacency will be our undoing.

No Boris, the American people didn't do it, Reagan did. Good leadership like Reagan is something even many Democrats appreciated and they voted for him. hat we have today is just Obama/Carter incompetence.
You are a joke, son.
Republicans always love to embrace the Reagan myth. Yet you conveniently ignore his support of a ban on assault weapons. About the only good thing he did as governor of California was sign the
Mulford Act of 1967 which forbade the open carrying of weapons.

My mistake. Three years. I forgot that the visitor logs for the Bush administration aren't available.(Shulman was appointed by Bush in 2008.)
"Official White House visitor logs show Shulman's scheduled White House visits came between October 2009 and December 2012".
Of Shulman's meetings recorded in the visitor logs, 40 listed his "visitee" as Nancy Ann DeParle, who acted as the director of the White House Office of Health Reform and Fifty-four visit records list Sarah Fenn (special assistant to the deputy chief of staff) as Shulman's "visitee."
It takes common sense to realize that Obama's health care law created a massive new workload for the IRS. Only a conservative would be clueless.
PS. Your math is still wrong.
Well lets see. Out of a 365 day year Saturday and Sunday take up 104 days. That brings it down to 261 days. The federal government takes off what 50 days a year for holidays (a guess). That brings it down to 211 days. A minimum of two weeks vacation brings it down to 201. Oh the logs they are specifically referring to are after the 2010 mid-terms when the democrats got their butts handed to them. So that would be 2011-2012. So 201 times two is 402. 3 times 161 is 483. Yeah right!!!

The starting point for Obama is as follows:
1) losing 750,000 jobs a month & growing trend
2) An economy Shrinking at over 6%
3) Two quagmire wars
4) A housing collapse
5) A near financial meltdown.
These things created
1) fast rising unemployment
2) More people on Food Stamps
3) Fewer people paying federal income taxes
4) Lower average incomes
5) Trillion dollar deficits
Employment/incomes are lagging indicators & take longer to recover. Average incomes have improved since they bottomed out. Unemployment rate is has improved since Obama stopped the job losses & it peaked. Deficits have been shrinking since they peaked in 2009,2010.
After the original stimulus dwindled down, we needed more action as many economists agree. Several of Obama's stimulus actions since Jan of 2011 have been stymied by Republicans in the House & Senate.
"are you joking"
"real dumb" is a troll. He has no answers as to why we are still in a recession, his words, not mine. He has no answers as to why; millions more American's on food stamps, millions fewer American's paying Federal Income tax, declining household incomes, housing values far below the level when his boy, president nobama took office, unemployment still high, officially a bit below 8% in reality over 15%. Oh, he does have a reason, It is Bush's fault. His answer for everything.

The only reason for wearing a hoodie with the top up inside a business is to prevent identification by the surveillance cameras.
