Barack Obama, our next President

Time for a big fuuuuuuccckkkkk you America!

hey byytch!
You dumbfffcckkks owe that money. YOU get to pay for that!
At least the Genius Obama borrows long term at 1.8% to fix YOUR GUYS FFFFFFCKKKKK UPS!
IT was Clinton that came up with the "everyone should own a house" he forget to mention that everyone should have to pay for the same house...The Clinton-era document cites—“The National Homeownership Strategy: Partners in the American Dream”—was hiding in plain sight on the website of the Department of Housing & Urban Development 2008, when it was removed (probably because the housing bust made it seem embarrassing to the department).

The National Homeownership Strategy began in 1994 when Clinton directed HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros to come up with a plan, and Cisneros convened what HUD called a "historic meeting" of private and public housing-industry organizations in August 1994. The group eventually produced a plan, the one that argues for creative measures to promote homeownership.

The very worst idea in the plan, which fortunately never gained approval, was to let first-time homebuyers freely tap their IRA and 401(k) retirement-savings plans with no penalty to scrounge up a downpayment. That, HUD estimated, would have "benefited" 600,000 families in the first five years.

Plenty of other ideas in the plan did become reality, though. Knowing what we know now about the housing bust, the earnest language in the document seems faintly ridiculous. Here's an excerpt. Read it closely and you can see the seeds of disaster being planted:

For many potential homebuyers, the lack of cash available to accumulate the required downpayment and closing costs is the major impediment to purchasing a home. Other households do not have sufficient available income to to make the monthly payments on mortgages financed at market interest rates for standard loan terms. Financing strategies, fueled by the creativity and resources of the private and public sectors, should address both of these financial barriers to homeownership.

Note the praise for "creativity." That kind of creativity in stretching boundaries we could use less of. It strikes me as reckless to promote home sales to individuals in such constrained financial predicaments. No one was more reckless than Clinton.

Well, you can start your ... ummm... "investigation" with a goddam name the Russians gave you, you idiot.
The Russians seemed to know he was going back and forth between Dagestan and Chechnya and covorting with known terrorists there.

Bottom line is, Boston voted for the muslim, and now the muslims are bombing them.
I wonder how long it will take them to connect the dots.

How can seemingly intelligent people be so stupid?

Liberals are singing and dancing in the streets because consumer confidence is up and the stock market is rising.

Hello?????

The Federal Reserve is printing money at full speed until investor confidence runs out or the ink runs dry.

The present day conundrum began in the Carter era in 1978 when a Democrat Congress and the Carter White House gave the Federal Reserve a mandate to fire up the printing presses to fight unemployment and inflation during a time of high unemployment.

It only serves to weaken the dollar.

The Fed is now buying $85 billion in new assets each month and still failing to make a dent in the country’s unemployment crisis.

We are $16 trillion in debt, more than 12 million people looking for work and this administration is intent on “solving” the problem in large part by printing more money.

Should President Romney put the nation's capital under marshal law?
Should he shoot them to save the government?
... well? What should President Romney do when Obama's base tries to destroy the country because they are opposed to democracy?

Congress authorized Clinton, under the Iraq Liberation Act of 1998, to drop bombs on Iraq for four days.
Congress authorized Johnson to use military force in Vietnam under the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution.
So if the Iraq War was unconstitutional, so were all conflicts and wars since WWII - all of them authorized by Congress.
Liberals just like to play the "double standard card" when it suits their bias.
Technically, that's the argument many have made. Because Constitutionally, there is no option to use a 'limited war.'
But Congress has created a means to sidestep an all out declaration.

You were doing real well there until your last two sentences to make it political.
