The bottom line with Holder, despite the remorse he felt eating his corn flakes at the kitchen table is

--he lied to Congress when he stated
"“In regard to potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material – this is not something I’ve ever been involved in, heard of, or would think would be wise policy,”

OR

--he lied to the court when he named the reporter as a suspect

Either way it is illegal to LIE to either group

He signed off on the confiscation of a reporter's emails and phone records - and those of his parents!- as well as other Fox News employees.

You just gotta be REAL stupid not to figure this one out.

He said he didn't know anything about it and his friggin' signature is right on the go ahead to do it.

After all, Nobraina is the only one who can match Bachmann for sheer insanity!!

Just why do you call yourself a "liberal"?... other than you've been told to do so.

Wow! We have a real bright one here. I talk about Chris Mathers & Jon Stewart and the bias, along with pointing out frontporchreactionary contradicting itself, yet thus Nucular Nutcase Libtard then replies with something about the SCOTUS.

Go figure. Libtards have no ability to associate things in context. Complete morons. Putty in the DemocRATS hands, for sure.

Supreme Court rejects ban on funding Planned Parenthood
Indiana had tried to block Medicaid funding of clinics that perform abortions, but the Supreme Court lets lower courts prevent the measure from going into effect.
The Supreme Court refused Tuesday to allow Indiana to block Medicaid funding of Planned Parenthood clinics because they perform abortions.
Without comment, the high court let stand decisions by a federal judge in Indiana and the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in Chicago that prevented the measure from taking effect. The 2011 law would have banned Medicaid funds from going to an organization such as Planned Parenthood whose work includes performing abortions.
Judge Diane S. Sykes, writing for the 7th Circuit last year, said the state's "defunding law excludes Planned Parenthood from Medicaid for a reason unrelated to its fitness to provide medical services, violating its patients' statutory right to obtain medical care from the qualified provider of their choice."

You just lost another one, big time, as the Supremes have again refused to review abortion Constitutionality.

Yes, liberal groups apply for tax exepmt status as well (duh). It is not, however, in the liberal ideology to avoid paying taxes as it is for the Tea Party. As an American citizen, I would hope that the IRS is very critical of any group that is anti-tax and applying for a tax exemption. Don't you? Should we just give it anyone who applies so that no feelings get hurt? Were any Tea Party application denied?

I don't expect an intelligent response from you...gonna call me a libtard again?

Jonathan Turley, another Obama supporter, joins Axelrod calling for Holder to resign.
The claim he is attempting to justify his claim is more ludicrous then just out right lying. I never intended to prosecute the reporter when I signed a voucher to the court stating the person was a suspect.
I know this is LOSS on you but others get it.
Yes, Jason, even when you use CAPS you can't spell common words.

Let us know when it reaches the point it did for Alberto Gonzales, who was forced to resign after firing US Attorneys for purely political reasons.

"By mid-September 2007, nine of the highest-level officers of the Department of Justice associated with the controversy had resigned, most prominently, Attorney General Alberto Gonzales."

The fact that two other federal judges turned him down before Holder found a stooge judge should have given Holder some indication that he was on dangerous ground.
You know I could understand all the hoopla about this, if the reporter was reporting on something the American Gov't was doing wrong. He should have whistle blower protection if that were the case.

BUT ITS NOT. THERE WAS NO WRONG DOING GOING ON.

What his story was about was North Korea, its nuclear program, secrecy and how hard it is to get information about North Korea.

Publishing that story put our agents in jeopardy and shut down a valuable source of information.

same with the AP story. again it wasn't a whistle blowing story, but about our infiltration of an Yemeni al Qaeda cell. The CIA had taken years to get a source in, we were close to getting one of al Qaeda's best bomb maker

again, we had to pull the agent and his family out for their safety

BUT NO, THESE ARSECLOWNS HAD TO GO WITH THE STORY JUST FOR PROFIT...

If you ask me, they committed treason......

can you imagine if we published this kind of information in WWII, alerting German and Japanese authorities to our resources....
what if AP published a story we had an Enigma machine and the codes
or that the Pacific fleet had broken the Japanese code before the Battle of Midway.

what is the difference

Opposition to excessive taxation is completely unrelated to illegal tax avoidance.

Opposition to excessive taxation is an educational function and not partisan politics...unless, of course, one party is founded on taxing the crap out of the citizens to support a bunch of moochers.
