<quoted text> California was the very first test case on whether Obamacare was going to be a success and with the preliminary results in it looks like it was a very big SUCCESS!:-D "No doubt there will be problems, as there are with any large new government initiative, and in this case, we have the added complication that many Republican governors and legislators are doing all they can to sabotage reform. Yet important new evidence — especially from California, the law’s most important test case — suggests that the real Obamacare shock will be one of unexpected success." ... "Obamacare is a deeply conservative reform, not in a political sense (although it was originally a Republican proposal) but in terms of leaving most people’s health care unaffected. Americans who receive health insurance from their employers, Medicare or Medicaid — which is to say, the vast majority of those who have any kind of health insurance at all — will see almost no changes when the law goes into effect.
There are, however, millions of Americans who don’t receive insurance either from their employers or from government programs. They can get insurance only by buying it on their own, and many of them are effectively shut out of that market. In some states, like California, insurers reject applicants with past medical problems. In others, like New York, insurers can’t reject applicants, and must offer similar coverage regardless of personal medical history (“community rating”); unfortunately, this leads to a situation in which premiums are very high because only those with current health problems sign up, while healthy people take the risk of going uninsured.
Obamacare closes this gap with a three-part approach. First, community rating everywhere — no more exclusion based on pre-existing conditions. Second, the “mandate”— you must buy insurance even if you’re currently healthy. Third, subsidies to make insurance affordable for those with lower incomes. Yeah this is your question’ So you're statement has been proven false. Otherwise she would be able to show where a president can wage all sorts of military engagements.’
The answer again” The President has constitutional power not only to retaliate against any person, organization, or State suspected of involvement in terrorist attacks on the United States, but also against foreign States suspected of harboring or supporting such organizations!!

Sounds like a decent guy.
He did his job. He is the one that said the democrats sold out the American people to save one of their own. I had to go get his book out of my library:
"Democrats in both houses sold out basic principles of law and decency for the sake of protecting one of their own. But most distressingly, the President of the United States of America and his White House water boys sold out the American people--not just in a one time-spasm of political expedience, but in a deliberate snarl of sophistry and cynical manipulation of public opinion, the singular aim of which was political self-preservation. In the process, he soiled not just himself, but the Constitution, the public trust, and the Presidency itself."

See what I mean?? Nobraina's ignorance all over this post of his.
Here's the truth, something Nobraina is terrified of:
"There's more good news for U.S. automakers.
"In the latest annual car-quality rankings from J.D. Power & Associates, General Motors showed improvement across all four of its brands—Cadillac, GMC, Chevrolet and Buick—while Cadillac ranked fourth overall, up from ninth in 2011. The Chevy Malibu sedan and Buick Enclave crossover were rated the top vehicles in their class. Those sorts of honors were rare for GM during the dark days leading up to its 2009 bankruptcy filing.
GM's improved showing is a small vindication for the automaker, as well as for the Obama administration, which engineered the 2009 taxpayer bailout that kept GM alive. Republican presidential frontrunner Mitt Romney opposed the bailout, a stance that will factor into this year's elections in key battleground states like Ohio and Michigan, which benefited from a rescue that preserved thousand of auto-worker jobs."
----------
It's easy to figure Nobraina out. He's a contrarian indicator, like Flake.
When they say something is bad, it really means it's good.
Like when they click their heels together and say;
"There's no such thing as climate change"
"There's no such thing as climate change"
"There's no such thing as climate change"

After all, what do 97% of Climatologists know, compared to Teabagger nitwits??
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Another Liberal Babe In Toyland. Your gullibility exceeds your ignorance.

The "Study" you are quoting is only for the first 90 days of ownership(IQS or JD Powers Initial Quality Study).

How much does the first 90 days mean? Poof. It's about as meaningful as a Magic Negro Commencement Speech at a black Affirmative Action college:]

But it's great for TV ads to jerks like you.

A little more meaningful would be the JD Powers 2013 U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study ("Toyota Motor Corporation models earn seven segment awards; General Motors garners four awards.")

Keep laughing, Fool. There's much more sh it sliding down your toothless face.

I used to work for one of the Big Three and it was common knowledge that quality ratings were a private joke. JD Powers was laughed at amongst autoworkers. The word was, whoever pays JD Powers the most, gets the best ratings. I worked for a luxury brand and it was routine 6 and 7 days a week to have literally hundreds of cars parked out back of the plant waiting for repairs. It got so bad that the company had dozens of lots scattered across Detroit filled with cars waiting for repairs(Barbed Wire with junkyard dogs and Security Patrols to keep the blacks from stealing 'em). Worse, they had illegal Mexicans doing the repairs to keep costs down and the Union complained but, remember, Unions are pro-illegal so they were stuck between a rock and a hard place - they didn't yell very loud:>

Quality amongst the Big Three was so bad that they got together with Washington Beltway Image Makers and created the Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award - supposedly issued by the President himself:]

The very first year of that award being issued, guess who won it?
Yep. We did. Jaws across the shop floor collectively dropped and then the lunchtime laughing began. "Jim! I heard you bought your wife a Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award for Christmas. Is that true?"

You are a little baby that hasn't cut your teeth yet, doody:]

Yes, it matters because if the person making the assertion is not smart enough to know the difference between "eminent" and "imminent" then that person's opinion carries much less weight/credibility.
