Your statement that Obamacare will leave more people uninsured is also a lie. The reason many people will remain uninsured is that many red states are opting out of Medicaid expansion. It's Republican governors and legislatures who are denying their citizens coverage for purely political reasons.

Chapter 3. Disclosure of Official Information
Section 20. Personnel Records

11.3.20.15.7 (06-13-2008)
Access to Medical Records
1. Medical records are available to the individual to whom the record pertains under the provisions of the Privacy Act.
2. Congress, however, enacted Section 552a(f) of that Act, which allows agencies to establish special procedures for the disclosure of medical records.
3. These special procedures as outlined in 5 CFR 297.205 are to be used when medical records, including psychological evaluation records, contain information of which a prudent physician would hesitate to inform the individual.

http://www.irs.gov/irm/part11/irm_11-003-020-...

What "agencies" (#2) will establsh procedures for the disclosure of medical records?

---

At least on paper, the Affordable Care Act does not give the IRS access to an individual's medical records.

But we live in strange times.

If there's disregard for constitutional rights, either by the IRS or the Justice Department, it is not entirely far-fetched to surmise the government could someday go after your blood work or biopsy results.

Sounds like the IRS is in unchartered waters any way you look at it. And anything could happen.

Sheesh.
The media twisted the facts into something spectacular and it's all been debunked.

To be sure Berger was guilty of removing "copies" of classified documents from the archives and his notes may have also been in violation. Basically Sandy got lazy and thought he'd just take a shortcut__kind like you often do here.

He didn't shove anything down his pants, in his socks, up his sleeves or under his hat band. That is a lie created by media and repeated by idiots like you. It's been debunked__no one who ever saw Berger do that has ever been found or named.

TSM was wrong__your dumbazz came along later__without a fkn clue.

Obama is setting the stage for labelling the United States as the evil country in the world. The people telling him what to say specifically wrote in his script, "...OUR war in Afghanistan."
First of all, it is not our war. Afghanistan started the war. It's THEIR war. We are merely there because Afghanistan attacked us.
This is identical to the tactics employed by the Democrats in thier initial barage of lies about Vietnam. To achieve their intended propaganda goals, they invented phrases like "Nixon's war", and injected the lie into the American logic that the war was "unwinnable", which the subsequent events in history proved wrong. Ultimately, it required the actions of the Democrat-controlled Congress of 1973 to prevent South Vietnam from replenishing the weaponry, munitions and supplies consumed the previous year when they defeated the single largest communist invasion of the entire war without any assistance from US ground combat units. In 1975, the communists invaded a disarmed and defenseless South Vietnam.
The Democrats today are no different them they were 40 years ago when they sabotaged the United States and invented a system of lies to hide the fact that they outright joined the enemy of the United States during the Cold War.
Yup. It was predictable. Obama introduces the party line lie:
"...OUR war...."

The only way that government can "create jobs" is to get out of the way so that the economy can grow.

Instead, the Democrats pass job-killing legislation like Obamacare.

Obama and his Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) have even drawn praise from Republicans such as Govs. Chris Christie of New Jersey and Bob McDonnell of Virginia, both prominent supporters of Republican presidential challenger Mitt Romney. Christie said, "The president has been all over this and he deserves great credit." McDonnell said the federal response was "incredibly fast and we're very grateful." He said Obama has been "direct and personal" in handing the crisis.

Obama got ahead of the curve from the start, cancelling campaign trips in order to stay in Washington to supervise the relief effort.

In contrast, President George W. Bush and his administration seemed slow off the mark in their response to Hurricane Katrina in 2005. informed about the devastation and misery Katrina was causing.

But go ahead keep living in your little alternate universe.
Well, of course the motivation behind an attack on an embassy matters. Especially when there were four dead Americans including an ambassador and after she and the president both lied about a video knowing it was a planned terrorist attack on the anniversary of 9/11.

Hillary claimed not to have seen the request for additional help when there is a signed document with her name on it of the same request.

Just how deep does your depth of denial go?

The 25% that don't respect the military are all DemocRATS like oDopebamma who thinks the marines are for holding umbrellas.

Chicago's Strict Gun Control Laws in Action
CHICAGO (STMW)– Six people have been killed and at least 22 wounded in violence across Chicago since Friday evening.
The most recent fatal shooting happened early Sunday in the Goose Island area on the city’s Near North Side.
Charles Jones, 42, the manager of a Far South Side gentleman’s club, was shot to death in a confrontation with another motorist, whose 2005 Buick LaCrosse sideswiped Jones’ Maserati, police said.
Jones was shot about 2:50 a.m. in the 1000 block of North Branch Street and a 42-year-old woman in his car was wounded, police sad. Authorities said Jones lived in the 1100 block of North Dearborn in Chicago and also had a home in the 2900 block of Indian Creek Drive in Miami, Fla.
When Jones pulled over to talk to the driver of the Buick, the driver and a passenger the car, walked to another vehicle and then came back. One of them had a gun and shot Jones, police said. Jones was declared dead at 3:33 a.m. at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office. The woman with Jones was shot in the back or hip and taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital, police said.Area Central detectives and the police Major Accident Investigation Unit were investigating, but nobody was in custody.
About 2:10 a.m. Sunday, Malcolm Dobbey, 27, was shot to death in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side. Police officers had responded to a call of a disturbance in the 12100 block of South Indiana and, while dealing with the disturbance, found a man unresponsive in a backyard. Dobbey, 27, was pronounced dead at 3:20 a.m. at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, according to the medical examiner’s office. Area South detectives were questioning a “person of interest” in the fatal shooting, but no one had not been charged as of Sunday evening.
Two other men were shot to death in separate shootings Saturday on the South Side.
Ferro Denard, 18, was shot in the head during a possible drive-by in the 7300 block of South Dorchester about 9:20 p.m. Saturday, authorities said. Denard, who lived on the block, was dead on the scene.
About 1:50 a.m. Saturday, Gregory Dixon, 29, was shot to death about half a mile from President Barack Obama’s Kenwood neighborhood home. Dixon buzzed the gunmen into an apartment building in the 1400 block of East 52nd Street, authorities said. The attackers then entered a unit through a door left ajar and shot Dixon in the chest and back. Dixon was dead on the scene, authorities said.
Two men were shot to death Friday night in separate shootings on the West Side.
About 11:45 p.m. Friday, Tevin Kirkman, 22, was found shot outside his home in the 1100 block of North Lawndale, authorities said. He was pronounced dead at 12:20 a.m. at Mount Sinai Hospital.
About 11 p.m. Friday, Leetema Daniels, 17, was shot in the head and died at the scene in the 400 block of North Central in the Austin neighborhood. An 18-year-old man was shot in the chest in that incident and was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital.
At least 21 others have been wounded in violence throughout the city since Friday night.

The Democrats have no intention of enforcing any new gun-control law in their districts. Those laws are solely for other-than-Democrats.
After all, every burglar shot and rapist killed and mugger blown away is one less vote for Obama.

If the levees were only designed for a category 3 hurricane, shouldn't someone in the liberal government of Louisiana have entertained the idea there could be a category 5 hurricane?

And planned accordingly? They wanted to build more casinos instead apparently.
