To get around the court's concerns they would heed the court & make appropriate changes.

<quoted text>Yes, you did lie. "The IRS late Wednesday released the names of 176 applications it had approved through May 9 in its controversial specialized review process. That process is at the heart of the controversy since specialists were flagging applications that had tea party, patriot and other politically charged conservative names.
The 176 approved applications include dozens of tea party groups, as well as others with innocuous names such as Charlotte Matters, Kentucky 912 Project and Miami-Dade Taxpayers Alliance. Some appear overtly political, such as the Coalition for a Conservative Majority, both the Denver and Colorado Springs chapters, and Progressives United Inc."...“There are two IRS scandals. The other is the IRS allowing big shadowy forces to meddle in elections anonymously through front groups that file false statements with the IRS,” Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., said on the Senate floor Wednesday.
The investigative website ProPublica last year spotlighted the growing role of these shadowy groups and their “dark money” on campaign finance, noting that as the 2012 election approached they had outspent traditional political action committees in the purchase of campaign ads.
Senate Finance Committee Chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont., scheduled a hearing for next week and intends to look beyond the narrower question of tea party targeting by the IRS.
“There is another important question that needs to be asked: Is there a fault in the tax code that may have contributed to the IRS taking such unacceptable steps? Do we need a better definition of what organizations qualify for tax exemptions?” Baucus asked."Check this out: http://congress.org/2013/05/17/in-irs-scandal...

Reuters)- Police in northwestern Oregon said they plan to conduct an extensive search of the high school attended by a teenager they arrested after receiving a tip that he had produced a bomb and planned to detonate it at school.

The Albany, Oregon, police said in a statement that Grant Acord, 17, a West Albany High School student, was arrested without incident late on Thursday at his home following a tip that he had a bomb and planned to detonate it at school.

According to local media reports, the items police discovered included pipe bombs, Molotov cocktails, napalm and explosives made from drain cleaner. Local media also quoted prosecutors as saying Acord planned an attack modeled after the 1999 Columbine High School massacre where two teenagers shot a teacher and 12 other students to death before committing suicide

Mark your calendars: October 2013.
Despite expiring patents on blockbuster drugs and a wave of new regulation from the Affordable Care Act that will cost drug makers, the pharmaceutical industry will reap between “$10 billion and $35 billion in additional profits over the next decade,” a new analysis shows.

The health law, which will bring millions of uninsured Americans health benefits beginning in January 2014, will be a critical boon to pharmaceutical industry balance sheets, increasing revenue by one-third by the end of the decade, according to a new report from research and consulting firm GlobalData of London. That means the U.S. pharmaceutical industry’s market value will mushroom by 33 percent to $476 billion in 2020 from $359 billion last year.

The increase in sales and profits comes amid a wave of expiring patents on some of the industry’s most popular brand name drugs such as Lipitor from Pfizer PFE -0.24%(PFE), the blood thinner Plavix sold by Bristol-Myers Squibb BMY +0.85%(BMY), the diabetes drug Actos from Eli Lilly (LLY) and Takeda Pharmaceuticals as well as various cholesterol treatments sold by Abbott Laboratories ABT +0.75%(ABT) and its recently spun off proprietary business AbbVie ABBV -2.47%(ABBV). In large part because of competition from cheaper generic drugs, a report last year from IMS Health, for example, said pharmaceutical manufacturers will see “minimal growth in their branded products through 2016.”

But the health law will pave the way for a major rebound in sales with an estimated $115 billion in new business over a 10-year period. Enrollment in the Medicaid health insurance program alone is expected to increase by about 19.5 million people, GlobalData said.

PARIS — French anti-terrorism investigators were combing video surveillance tapes Sunday as they continued their manhunt for a suspect who stabbed a soldier in the throat in the commercial district of La Defense outside Paris.

The 23-year-old soldier, Cedric Cordier, was in uniform patrolling the busy underground corridors where shops and crowded public transport lines converge beneath the famous Arch of La Defense.

See, you are easy to fool by fake numbers!
Let me ask you a questions: if Obamacare is so great, why are more and more unions and business asking for Obamacare waivers, why?
http://conservativewatchnews.com/2012/11/16/h...
How’s That Obamacare Waiver Workin’ Out for Ya?
Exactly two years ago this week, the Obama administration announced it had issued more than 100 waivers en masse to a select group of companies, unions and other health insurance providers seeking relief from the onerous federal health care law. The Obamacare waiver winner’s club now totals 2,000. Where are they now?
Answer: In the same miserable boat as every other unlucky business struggling with the crushing costs and burdens of the mandate.
Among the first and most prominent recipients of the Obamacare waivers for favors were large restaurant chains that provide low-wage, seasonal and part-time workers with low-cost health insurance plans called “mini-med” plans. An estimated 1.7 million workers benefit from such plans. Obamacare forced companies carrying such coverage to raise their minimum limits on coverage to no less than $750,000 annually. Another Obamacare provision forces all employers to spend at least 80 percent to 85 percent of their premium revenue on medical care.
The social justice Democrats’ goal was to dictate insurance provider spending not just on coverage amounts, but also on executive salaries, marketing and other costs. The regulation punished companies with mini-med plans whose high administrative costs were due to frequent worker turnover and relatively low spending on claims — not “greed.” Complying with the provision would have meant tens of thousands of low-income workers would lose their benefits altogether.
why don't these liberals hold up HAWAI'I for a role model of forced health care--they have had it longer than anyone. They are now a drugged up state and broke... on top of that, the doctors are leaving in droves.
