The administration is sitting it up so there is no other avenues.
The POTUS came out insisting the IRS engaged in wrong and outrageous behavior he would not tolerate. Then their whole solution was to fire the man who was leaving in June anyway and wasn't there when the events occurred. Those who were directly involved have not been identified and disciplined.
The only solution to the stonewalling is get a special prosecutor.
The President did not 'insist' on anything, he merely made it clear that if such targeting actions took place for partisan intentions then that was 'outrageous' an he would do his best to find out and fix the problem. But, still there is no evidence that the targeting was done for partisan reasons .

I'm posting this again just so some judge-its can kiss my ass.

If Obama and his administraton walk away from this blatant abuse of power, we will have become a fundamentally transformed nation and Obama's longed for one-party system will become a reality.

But just as long as you lefties aren't considered the enemy, right?

You WILL have to deal with joining the ranks of those also recorded as being on the wrong side of history even though most of you won't care anyway.

You'd also be among those Venezeuleans crying and gnashing their teeth that their fascist/communist leader bit the dust too.

Wouldn't surprise me whatsoever.

Two Virginia women are being charged with inducing an abortion using herbs they purchased at a local supplement store, according to Norfolk-based WTKR-TV.
The women are Jessica Carpenter, 20, and Rachel Lowe, 27. Court documents allege that Lowe, a former employee of the Tidewater Women’s Clinic in Norfolk, helped Carpenter induce a miscarriage at six months into her pregnancy using a combination of herbs.
Lea Smith, one of their mutual friends, told WTKR-TV that she heard them discussing an induced miscarriage. She contacted police when the infant died after being born prematurely.
Virginia law considers self-inducing an abortion a Class 4 felony, carrying a jail sentence of no less than two years and no more than 10, along with a fine of up to $100,000.

If Lerner is granted immunity and still refuses to testify, then she can be charged with contempt of Congress and jailed until she does so.

Wise up. You're starting to look more and more like another useful idiot.
Your comparison to Nixon , Haldeman, and Dean discussing executive privilege as equated to 'taking the fifth' as a way of stonewalling Congress is a false one. <quoted text>So you can use genetically altered seeds to grow organic food? Is that possible? Wouldn't that take away from the whole 'organic' thing? Just asking, don't jump down my throat.
yes. It is called engineered food. People don't know it-but most tomatoes (other than heirloom) are engineered as in hybrids. So modified or engineered, is there really a difference? organic by definition is how they are grown and varies. If you are next to a field of GMO's what is to keep the spray from going on your field? All the grass in the city uses round up--and your garden is next to that-so can you really say your food is GMO free?

My family owns a lot of Kraft stock also. That doesn't mean I eat it-frankly I would touch it with a ten foot poll. It is good that Moochie O'bama forced the masses to eat it, by putting it into schools. And the economy has forced people to eat more of Kraft crap. So in essence it was a smart move because of both O'bamas policies.

Too many wolves in sheep's clothing have risen to power to do their misdeeds and gotten away with it in the past by complacency and gullibility on the part of the people who were able to be successfully bamboozled.
Why couldn't that happen here considering the same mentality of half the populace and a media tied around the finger of the power elite who are clearly abusing that power?
This concerns me greatly.
History repeats itself often and I suppose the best we can hope for is that we can dodge the bullet each time Liberals/Media try slipping the noose over America's neck.

Recall when William Randolph Hearst and Joseph Pulitzer took Americans for fools and got us into the Spanish-American War, for example.

Knowledge of history is critically important toward becoming a good, independent world citizen. That is why Liberal Academia today is focusing in on historical revisionism. Control history and you control the future. This has been done in many countries many times. Stalin, Mao and Hitler are the glaring examples that immediately come to mind.

America's Liberal Media colluding with the Magic Negro is a dangerous mix. One good thing in our favor so far: the World Wide Web. But, even there, the Boy Messiah is making inroads quietly moving FBI, CIA, NSA and who knows who else into spying positions on the Web. The IRS and the AP scandals are just a tip of a dark iceberg.

But, as I said earlier, the Sun also rises. If you see only darkness, you will lose the day. Seize the day.
