Somebody better do something soon. This administration clearly thinks it's immune to the law and the constitution. They act like by playing dumb, keeping half the country sucking on their big government teet and believing the liberal media still have spines like jellyfish, they can do whatever they want to abolish the opposition and succeed in achieving their one-party system - their primary goal all along.

Not only are we not in Kansas anymore, we're somewhere over the friggin' rainbow!

Obama Scandal Number Four

(Reuters)- With the White House already reeling from three major controversies, some Republican lawmakers are zeroing in on what they perceive is another possible scandal tied to President Barack Obama's landmark health reform law just as it nears implementation.

On top of the troubles the administration is facing over its handling of the attack on the Benghazi mission, the Internal Revenue Service's targeting of conservative groups, and the Justice Department's seizure of Associated Press phone records, Republicans hope to target Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius.

They are questioning her soliciting of funds on behalf of a non-profit group, called Enroll America, from two private entities, a practice which if not unprecedented is at the very least unusual. Federal law bars officials from soliciting any organization or individual with whom they do business or regulate.

Enroll America is run by the president's former campaign backers to do something Congress refused to fund: sell "Obamacare" to the public.

An HHS statement last week said that since March Sebelius solicited financial donations for Enroll America from H&R Block Inc, the tax preparation company, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, a philanthropic entity devoted to public health issues.

Never give up. Weeds will always grow, gardens always fall into disrepair. Stupidity has a siren's appeal that many citizens will always succumb to. Liberalism will rise and fall in this way often. Hang tight. The Sun also rises.

Is this the last ditch desperate attempt while Obama's popularity rises in the poles along with the economic recovery.
All these SO CALLED scandals you rant on about are only in your mind. There are NONE, nothing on the IRS, Nothing on Benghazi, nothing on Weapons into Mexico you have come up blank on all of them. Not one can be pinned to the Administration or any cover ups.
Even his response to Oklahoma was lightspeed ahead of Bush on his response to Katrina. That gave the Al Queda boys good propaganda seeing a US President letting the less well off fend for themselves. It was all over TV worldwide for weeks. ppl couldn't believe it. So don't try and pin shame on Obama it's all over your face. Shame for Iraq, Shame for Wall St, Shame for any Republican policy that has paid dividends in the last 20 yrs. Its only cost the country trillion$

Did you see Carney this morning trying to equate this was birthers, etc. He had gotten away with such idiocy in the past but Garret held on to the bone.

FEMA is a joke, totally useless as a first response agency.

Their only value is as a piggy bank to dispense money.

The last thing folks in Oklahoma need is that publicity hound from the White House interfering in their cleanup efforts. Unlike the slugs and looters in New Orleans, these folks can help themselves.

Also , the two tea party freshman Oklahoma congressmen who voted no! on Government emergency climate disaster funding for Hurricane Sandy victims because 'Government can't spend money that they don't have' are having to eat their words as destruction and deaths increase in the Oklahoma tornado climate disaster.

So, you're in favor of Bush 43 flying over New Orleans after Katrina struck to finish his long vacation in Texas and do nothing.

Which pole did you run it up?

What fantasy world are you Progressives living in?

The IG flatly states that the IRS targeted conservative groups and the woman that was in charge is taking the fifth.

59% of Americans think Obama did a lousy job in Benghazi and more could have been done.
More whistle blowers would like to come forward.
Four people died.

Harassing the press and invading their privacy is cool?

Obama's average polling data on the economy is -6.6

Let's ignore the seriousness and the ethics of all of this as Obama has a +0.7 average lead in the polls?

I stick to the subject while you evade it with flowery naivete' and bombastic embellishments. You are calmly stacking candies while the guns of evil are firing. Are you shell-shocked into this glib stupidity or were destined and born to this predicament?

This being the Magic Negro's time in office, FEMA will probably try helping only those that the IRS has listed as being non-Conservatives. The rest can go to Hell. Tea Party members will not be given water.
