First part of statement is urban myth.

Second part nonfactual. Lay died before being sentenced. Due to a quirk in law without being sentenced the law does not recognize that any felony had occurred.

Weird that Flacko goes on and on about space farms which will require all sorts of genetically modified and cloned seeds and sprouts but contradicts himself when Obama name is interjected. Racism is a mental disorder.

I don't care about Monsanto, nor do I care to go off on your irrelevant wild goose chase.

I am concerned with current events whereas insane people like you simply go off on benders in order to obfuscate. In your case, you go off on benders literally and frequently.

If some Congressman, likely a Republican, had not anonymously slipped in the rider on exempting Monsanto from all lawsuits for its genetic modification actions then we would have passed a good ,routine appropriations bill that keeps government operating cost-effective and efficiently. Why do republicans hate efficiency and cost-effectiveness in government? The GOP loves government break-downs and crisis.

So, you're John Galt too? Did you hear about that new rifle that can shoot 500 yards away? It's called a smart rifle. Imagine that?
It is programmed to hit the target and records the the kill.
It'll make it quicker to post the kills on Facebook.
Expert marksmen can easily hit a target at that distance with a conventional rifle.

"The White House has said that President Barack Obama learned about the Justice Department's record seizure from press reports and had no prior knowledge of the action. Obama's administration is fielding concerns on several incidents that raise questions about its transparency."

No wonder the press thinks Obama is lying. Obama used this same defense that he did not the IRS was targeting his enemies until it came out in the paper.

Only the far left Progressives find this even close to being honest.

Obama nominated Elena Kagan to the US Supreme Court. Kagan, as federal solicitor general, had previously argued for Monsanto in the Monsanto v. Geertson seed case before the Supreme Court.

Transcript of Hugh Hewitt Show with Kevin Brady

" HH: Guy Benson, you have a question for Congressman Brady?

GB: Well, yeah, Congressman, I thought that your formulation, asking the question are we still in America, it was so apropos, especially when we heard that exchange between Mr. Miller and Representative Schock of Illinois, who talked about the pro-life organization…

KB: Yes.

GB:…that was asked by the IRS in writing what type of prayers they did.

KB: Yes.

GB: I mean, that, to me, is like a whoa, holy cow type of moment. Were you blown away by that as well?

KB: Yes, and we had obviously been reading through all the material throughout the week as this thing was coming out. And not only did they ask what were the contents of you prayers, but they were asking pro-life groups to have their board of directors commit that they will not protest in front of Planned Parenthood clinics, which again, never heard of in my life. And it ought to frighten people that the IRS, that the government, is that intrusive on behalf of a political agenda.

JC: Kevin, this is John Campbell. I haven’t heard this. They made them commit that they wouldn’t protest, or else they threatened they couldn’t get a tax exempt status?

KB: Absolutely. Abosutely.

GB: Yes.

KB: That was one of the intrusive questions they asked. And this is a simple C4 application. This has never been a cross-examination of your political or religious beliefs. But this is far beyond just conservative tea party type groups. This goes to the pro-life movement as well."

If the student had been armed, perhaps she could have fired back at the cop who didn't give a damn for her safety.
Cops ALWAYS look out for themselves first.
Besides, if they kill someone they get a paid vacation.
That was a terrible thing that happened to that girl; I agree that they should have attempted to target the criminal; can't they shoot in the leg? Also, in Boston, all that firepower, bullets went into peoples homes and cars, innocent people could have been shot and killed, amazing that there weren't casualties.

No , it's not 'urban myth' FOIA secret memos between Dick Cheney and Ken Lay prove the Bush Administration and Enron were in collusion on rigging the California energy markets. Second, Ken Lay was out of jail on a limited bond that allowed him to travel only to Colorado and the Houston area . Ken Kay died of a heart attack in Aspen, Colorado before returning to jail to serve out his lifetime sentence. Check this out: http://www.nbcnews.com/id/13715925/ns/busines...

How did Barack Obama become Monsanto’s man in Washington?

Democrats control the Senate and Obama signed the bill.

March Against Obama bin Lying and Monsanto on 5/25..
http://occupy-monsanto.com/tag/march/

Meet Monsanto’s prime lobbyist, Barack Obama:

After his victory in the 2008 election, Obama filled key posts with Monsanto people, in federal agencies that wield tremendous force in food issues, the USDA and the FDA:

At the USDA, as the director of the National Institute of Food and Agriculture, Roger Beachy, former director of the Monsanto Danforth Center.

As deputy commissioner of the FDA, the new food-safety-issues czar, the infamous Michael Taylor, former vice-president for public policy for Monsanto. Taylor had been instrumental in getting approval for Monsanto’s genetically engineered bovine growth hormone.

As commissioner of the USDA, Iowa governor, Tom Vilsack. Vilsack had set up a national group, the Governors’ Biotechnology Partnership, and had been given a Governor of the Year Award by the Biotechnology Industry Organization, whose members include Monsanto.

As the new Agriculture Trade Representative, who would push GMOs for export, Islam Siddiqui, a former Monsanto lobbyist.

As the new counsel for the USDA, Ramona Romero, who had been corporate counsel for another biotech giant, DuPont.

As the new head of the USAID, Rajiv Shah, who had previously worked in key positions for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, a major funder of GMO agriculture research.

We should also remember that Obama’s secretary of state, Hillary Clinton, once worked for the Rose law firm. That firm was counsel to Monsanto.

Obama nominated Elena Kagan to the US Supreme Court. Kagan, as federal solicitor general, had previously argued for Monsanto in the Monsanto v. Geertson seed case before the Supreme Court.

The deck was stacked. Obama hadn’t simply made honest mistakes. Obama hadn’t just failed to exercise proper oversight in selecting appointees. He was staking out territory on behalf of Monsanto and other GMO corporate giants.

hey carol, did you watch this?

Ryan:‘I Don’t Know’ If There Was A Cover-Up On Benghazi

Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) told "Fox News Sunday" he's unsure if the White House purposely misled Americans on the Benghazi attack last fall in order to win the election.

"I don't know the answer to that question," Ryan said. "Rather [than] make a conclusion before an investigation has been completed, we just need to investigate this, for the sake of good government."

As the Huffington Post notes, that's a reversal for Ryan, who just last week said he has "no doubt" a White House cover-up took place. Since then the White House made public over 100 pages of internal emails aimed at debunking the claim that they sought to mislead the public.
