So part of that decoration is being an umbrella stand?

You must not have been paying attention.
I want to lower the costs of health care which are off the friggin' charts because physicians charge us for their outrageous malpractice insurance and run every last test with the most expenive machines just to cover their butts from frivolous lawsuits.
Then...after addressing the above problems and encorporating the more practical solutions proposed by Repubican...the focus should be squarely placed on the medical profession and what under God's green earth could cost so friggin' much that we're in this mess to begin with.
The cost of providing government-funded free clinics to the truly less fortunate would be a drop in the bucket compared to the alternative.
So, you expect doctors to take the risk of losing their entire life savings, homes, and families just because some crazy jury returns a huge verdict based on questionable evidence?

Exactly who do you think should pay for malpractice insurance?

Limit lawsuits to actual damages or pay the freight.

Case closed.
That's true if you don't worry about ballooning national debt like Reagan and Bush W.

There is absolutely no way to prove whether anybody who posts here is a veteran or not (or anything else for that matter), so any claims of authority or knowledge because of such claimed service are worthless.

Those who brag the most, like Ghost, are the most likely phonies, particularly when they are caught in numerous lies about other aspects of their lives.

But, the Supreme Court did not state it could not be repelled. They did not declare it was a right. It was that it could stand as a new tax as congress can tax.

Confusion abounds

Nothing about the Supreme Court decision prevents the repeal of Obamacare.

Plus, the Obamacare individual mandate is only legal as a tax, a finding that has consequences that are not yet apparent.

Read the entire decision about the limitations on the mandate.
