WHEN OBAMA HAS FINISHED SETTING UP BLACKS IN AMERICA HE WILL BE GONE AND PROTECTED new face of domestic terror will be El Rukn.[2][6] Law enforcement speculated the conversion's motive was to take advantage of restrictions on law enforcement surveillance over religious organizations.

During the 1970s, the gang trafficked in cocaine and heroin. In 1983, Fort was convicted of drug trafficking charges and sentenced to 13 years in prison. He was sent to the Federal Correctional Institution at Bastrop, Texas. Fort continued to lead El Rukn through daily telephone calls from prison. He ordered members of El Rukn to meet with Libyan officials. The gang agreed to commit terrorist acts in the U.S. in exchange for US$2.5 million.[10][11]

In 1987, Fort was tried and convicted for conspiring with Libya to perform acts of domestic terrorism by use of COINTELPRO type methods. He was sentenced to 80 years imprisonment and transferred to the USP Marion, the federal supermax prison in Marion, Illinois.[5][11][12] In 1988, Fort was also convicted of ordering the 1981 murder of a rival gang leader and was sentenced to 75 years in prison to be served after the completion of his

"It may not be as resistant as touted and in some cases the risk of proliferation may be worse than other fuels," says Stephen Ashley of the University of Cambridge. Nuclear power is unrelated to nuclear weapons.

Nuclear power will re-emerge of necessity, regardless of the politics. Let's just hope that we recognize the necessary lead time before we face power shortages.

Sen. Marco Rubio is calling for the resignation of current IRS acting commissioner Steven Miller, who previously served as Shulman’s deputy.
"It is clear the IRS cannot operate with even a shred of the American people's confidence under the current leadership...No government agency that has behaved in such a manner can possibly instill any faith and respect from the American public."
Democrat Senate Finance Committee Chairman, Max Baucus, called the targeting "intolerable" and an "outrageous abuse of power."
"Americans expect the IRS to do its job without passion or prejudice," he said in a statement. "We need to get to the bottom of what happened here."

Seems like we have a lot of bottoms to get to the bottom of lately.
Shulman, a George W Bush appointment, was Steve Miller's boss. "... several committees in Congress were writing IRS Commissioner Douglas Shulman to express concern because tea party groups were complaining of IRS harassment.

In Shulman’s responses, he did not acknowledge targeting of tea party groups. At a congressional hearing March 22, 2012, Shulman was adamant in his denials."..."Shulman was appointed by President George W. Bush, a Republican. His 6-year term ended in November. President Barack Obama has yet to nominate a successor. The agency is now run by an acting commissioner, Steven Miller." Here another example of Republican bungling. It is one more damaging consequence of Republicans blocking President Obama's nominees and trying to overturn Obama's recess appointments. If Republicans had not done everything they could to freeze up U S government machinery then we would have had a new IRS Commissioner by now .

Sometimes it's prudent to err on the side of caution especially if the situation on the ground is unknown.
This shoot first ask questions later is what got us in Iraq the second time around.
Soldiers rush into the unknown all the time. Navy Seals are trained just for that purpose.

Why wouldn't a rescue team go in even if to save the second two Americans who were killed in the second round of attacks 5 or 6 hours later?

Maybe if you called for urgent security one month before becoming surrounded by the enemy and were denied, your last thought would be "why" too.

At various points over the past two years, IRS officials singled out for scrutiny not only groups with “tea party” or “patriot” in their names but also nonprofit groups that criticized the government and sought to educate Americans about the U.S. Constitution, according to documents in an audit conducted by the agency’s inspector general.

Those being held responsible are "IRS officials".

Why would a conservative target conservative groups? IRS officials can act independently without the acting commissioner's knowledge. No?

The bottom line is, he wasn't sought after for impeachment for sleeping with a subordinate, because there is no law against it. You right wingers made a big deal that he was married & had an affair. Just months after being slimed by President Barack Obama’s re-election campaign, Mitt Romney supporter and businessman Frank VanderSloot was informed that he was going to be audited not only by the Internal Revenue Service, but by the Labor Department as well.

VanderSloot’s saga was told by columnist Kimberley Strassel in the Wall Street Journal last July.

In April 2012, VanderSloot, who served as the national co-chair of Mitt Romney’s presidential finance committee, was one of eight Romney backers to be defamed as ”wealthy individuals with Two months later, the IRS informed VanderSloot he and his wife were going to be audited, Strassel reported. Two weeks after that, VanderSloot was notified by the Labor Department that it was going to “audit workers he employs on his Idaho-based cattle ranch under the federal visa program for temporary agriculture workers,” reported Strassel.

“The H-2A program allows tens of thousands of temporary workers in the U.S.; Mr. VanderSloot employs precisely three,” Strassel wrote.“All are from Mexico and have worked on the VanderSloot ranch—which employs about 20 people—for five years. Two are brothers. Mr. VanderSloot has never been audited for this, though two years ago his workers’ ranch homes were inspected.(The ranch was fined $8,400, mainly for too many ‘flies’ and for ‘grease build-up’ on the stove. God forbid a cattle ranch home has flies.)”

“This letter requests an array of documents to ascertain whether Mr. VanderSloot’s ‘foreign workers are provided the full scope of protections’ under the visa program: information on the hours they’ve worked each day and their rate of pay, an explanation of their deductions, copies of contracts,” she continued.

In her column, Strassel raised the specter that the IRS targeted VanderSloot for his political activism.

POST OBAMA BLACK MEN WILL BE LABELED DOMESTIC TERRORISTS BY DEMOCRATS Street Gangs — Chicago Based or Influenced
Muammar Qaddafi's Chicago Connection
How the feds used the Libyan dictator to bring down the infamous El Rukns gang from the city's South Side.
From keeping crack cocaine off Chicago's streets in the mid-1980s to becoming the first Americans convicted of domestic terrorism, the El Rukns have had one of the most fascinating gang stories with global reach.

They sold synthetic heroin. They prayed in a mosque. They held community meetings. They got arrested for murder. In the 1970s and '80s, the El Rukns teetered among contradictions. Leader Jeff Fort, aka Chief Malik, sat on a throne at the South Side headquarters. Law enforcement and federal prosecutors zealously pursued them.

But their real legacy is a federal conviction that tied them to Muammar Qaddafi. Twenty-five years ago, the U.S. government indicted members of the El Rukns for plotting domestic terrorist acts on behalf of Libya for $2.5 million.

Lance Williams and I explore the domestic terrorism trial in our new book, The Almighty Black P Stone Nation: The Rise, Fall and Resurgence of an American Gang. Our purpose is to tell a story that looks at the social and political underpinnings of the notorious street organization.

As a youth, Fort flirted with the struggle for civil rights and black power as a Blackstone Ranger (the Stones), but he also had a predilection toward criminal activity. The Stones evolved into the secretive, selective El Rukns after Fort emerged from prison in the mid-1970s with an orientation toward Islam.

THE PRACTICE RUN HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE BLACKS YOU WERE SET UP WITH OBAMA BUT YOU WILL LEARN

No, you are not a navy seal team leader. They don't just 'rush into the unknown'-- but there are many hours, weeks sometimes, of calculated planning , logistics, top-down decision-making by the centralized Pentagon control center before a team even prepares to 'go in'. Second, the team would not 'go in' if it was determined that they would not be able to reach their target in time--it's the difference between a President who can soberly weigh the risks and advantages of a rescue mission and whether to try it or abort and a cowboy shoot-from-the-lip President who rushes into war unprepared for it.
