When I said to another poster earlier it wasn't about an attack on an embassy and four dead Americans but, rather, the president lying about it...

Well, I take that back. It most definitely IS about the attack on that embassy and four dead Americans. And why we still have no answers as to why it happened and who is responsible for it happening after repeated requests for help were denied.

The president continuing to lie about was just salt being rubbed into an open wound.

The coverup was just as aggregious as the attack.

You don't seem to get the gravity of this situation. I thought you needed it spelled out slowly.

Why do we have no answers about anything after 8 months? Why was security removed from that embassy? Who gave that order? Why were the CIA told to stand down? Who gave that order? Why did the president and Clinton lie about it being a mob attack caused by a video when they knew it wasn't the next day? What would have been thee motive for lying to the American public? If it was, indeed, for political gain right before an election, what consequence fits this kind of breach of trust at the highest level?
Who should be held responsible for the death of the amabassador and the three Americans when nothing was done to try to save them?

Answer these questions and it will go away.

Unless we have these answers, it isn't going anywhere.

Even Democrats on the panel said more hearings are necessary to get to the bottom of this. This is a big deal.

<quoted text>WRONG!, bust-brain. "If the Keystone XL oil pipeline were approved today, residents in the six states along its route would not receive equal treatment from TransCanada, the company that wants to build the project.
The differences are particularly striking when it comes to tax revenue and environmental protection. States with stronger regulations have won protections for their citizens, while other states sometimes focused more on meeting TransCanada's needs.
In Kansas, for example, lawmakers gave TransCanada a 10-year tax exemption, which means the state won't receive any property tax revenue from the pipeline. Meanwhile, each of the other five states—Montana, South Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas—would earn between $14 million and $63 million a year, according to U.S. State Department estimates."Check this out: http://www.hcn.org/articles/on-keystone-xl-ro...
Local tax holidays are commonly granted to attract businesses that will provide local employment.

This does not compare to Obama's massive giveaways to bogus crony-sponsored projects.

"real dumb"
One more time you prove yourself to be a liar. I am not and was not a fan of former president Bush particularly, when it comes to the economy He was not a conservative, he was and is a liberal. I have said the president nobama inherited economic problems. The problem with failure president nobama is that he has not espoused any solutions. The bad situation he inherited he has made worse. Why working folks, not losers like you accept him and vote for him is difficult to understand. Fewer are working, the average income of those working is declining and more rely on food stamps to feed their families.
Keep lying, that is what you do best. Other posters point out your lies on a regular basis like 50 times a day on average.

Police in the US state of Ohio have charged a man with the kidnapping and rape of three women held captive for a decade at a house in Cleveland.

Ariel Castro, 52, owned the house from which Amanda Berry, 27, Gina DeJesus, 23, and Michelle Knight, 32, were rescued on Monday.

His brothers Pedro, 54, and Onil, 50, were arrested but police have said they will not be charged.

Police said earlier that the women had been bound with ropes and chains.

They said the women could only remember being outside twice during their time in captivity - and were then only allowed into the garage while in disguise.

Here’s what really happened: Obama and his political team understand that timing is everything when a scandal like Benghazi breaks. He really wanted to hold on to that “al-Qaeda has been decimated” nonsense. He could not afford media coverage of the bloody disaster Libya has degenerated into, because he needed the fall of Qaddafi to be seen as a total foreign policy triumph. He couldn’t survive knowledge of “stand down” orders, or his Administrations’ bizarre refusal to provide the ambassador to Libya with adequate security, entering public consciousness within hours of the attack.

Obama needed to survive a couple of crucial news cycles to stand a chance of surviving the Benghazi disaster. He gambled, correctly, that the public could be distracted with other matters if he made it through the first few days. He knew the media sure as hell wouldn’t try to refocus their attention on Benghazi once the wheels of the Obama campaign bus got over those “bumps in the road.”

It's another one of the tragic costs of the sequester that Republicans are pretending doesn't have serious consequences for American national security. Secretary of State Clinton warned Darrell Issa and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs 6 months Before Benghazi of the risks and dangers overseas to our diplomatic people if security had to be cut because the sequestration went through . But, Republicans just turned a deaf ear to all the prior warnings because well, they didn't have any skin in the game --perhaps Issa might have been more empathy towards the safety needs of other Americans if he wasn't one of the wealthiest politicians currently serving in Congress(Issa's net worth is $450 Million .)

Andrew McCarthy, a former Federal prosecutor from the Southern District of Manhattan, this week called Obama's actions in the attack on the American consulate in Benghazi a "shocking dereliction of duty." McCarthy, who was the lead prosecutor in the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center, told the Daily Caller that he used the term specifically, "because dereliction of duty is an impeachable offense. But this is the most gross dereliction of duty under these circumstances from a commander in chief and his immediate subordinates that I ever remember seeing in my experience. And we haven't gotten an explanation — if there were coherent reasons why no action was taken."

McCarthy outlined the chronology of the siege, as it has "drip drip, drip," come out, adding that "even during the Clinton administration, they took this stuff seriously." The one thing we do know, "and this is what gets my old 'prosecutors antennae' up, is that they lied about the cause of the violence there. I mean, they serially lied."

Yes, what are the odds of two huge breaking stories coming out the same day as these crucial hearings?

It's like Hurricane Sandy right before the election.
