Barack Obama, our next President

Can I print out a new liver on that model?

I saw the video news report which featured the machine that prints out the ears__that was some machine Flacko__probably about 3 or 4 million $mackeroo$ and way bigger than a desk. Oh, and then the ear has to go through several more lengthy $tep$ before it can be fitted on a human.

I did like the toy tractor__that was very cool__of course it cost as much as a real tractor.

I see where you're going but frankly I'll be dead and your baby girl will spoon feeding you pablum at the home before any of this technology you speak of becomes commonplace.

TSM, "This president is a Failure on both fronts Domestic/Foreign!!" Of all days, thanks for posting this reminder on the Anniversary of President George W Bush's "Mission Accomplished!" statement. As violence accelerates again in Iraq, it is important to remember that only a decade ago, Bush arrogantly declared "Mission Accomplished". Of course, the question was Whose Mission - Dick Cheney's?

Please share widely - this is one anniversary that should not be forgotten. Today marks the tenth anniversary of Mission Accomplished Day, or as it might better be known, Mission (Not) Accomplished Day. Sadly, it comes amid another upheaval in sectarian violence in Iraq—two days ago The New York Times warned of a new "civil war" there—and a week after the attempts at Bush revisionism upon the opening of his Library. We're also seeing aspects of the run-up to the Iraq invasion playing out in the fresh, perhaps overheated, claims of chemical weapons in Syria.

In my favorite antiwar song of this war,“Shock and Awe,” Neil Young moaned:“Back in the days of Mission Accomplished/ our chief was landing on the deck/ The sun was setting/ behind a golden photo op.” But as Neil added elsewhere in the tune:“History is a cruel judge of overconfidence.”www.thenation. com/blog/174127/ten-years-ago- bush-declar...

happen faster then you think. I remember the wifes first cellphone. It was $1200 bucks and bigger than a brick. About as heavy too. All it did was make and receive calls. About 18 years later what most of us now have can't even still be called a phone although you can make calls. Technology is advancing at a rapid pace. The world today will not be the world next year.

You volunteer when you go on your own sign up for military service.
You get drafted when you're on the list & did not volunteer.

One more time you prove your ignorance. When we had a draft one could volunteer for it. The benefit, you could choose your MOS.

You remind me of my friends growing up. I use to talk about stuff in the future back then too. They use to laugh at me because I would tell them there would be a time when everyone would have their own phone that they could carry in their pocket. I told them about computers. Oh how they laughed. They laughed every time I told them about something new I had read. Well who's laughing now? Most but not all science fiction becomes science fact. As far as technology is concerned anyway.

You then volunteered to serve in the military.

The draft was when the military said you were serving, like it or not.

Okay, some of you on the left brace yourself.

http://firstread.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/04/30...

As the Obama administration girds for “glitches and bumps” along the path to full implementation of the health-care law, a new poll indicates many Americans are still unclear about the details of the new law and, IN SOME CASES, UNAWARE IT'S ACTUALLY LAW OF THE LAND.

A WHOPPING 42% OF AMERICANS DO NOT KNOW THAT THE AFFORDABLE CARE ACT IS, IN FACT, LAW.

Included in that 42%, 12% believe it has been repealed by Congress, 7% think the U.S. Supreme Court overturned it and 23% percent are unsure of its status.

This according to a Kaiser Family Foundation health tracking poll.

"Will George W. Bush set foot in Europe again in his lifetime?

A planned trip by Bush to speak at the Switzerland-based United Israel Appeal later this week has been canceled after several human rights groups called for Swiss authorities to arrest Bush and investigate him for authorizing torture. Bush has traveled widely since leaving office, but not to Europe, where there is a strong tradition of international prosecutions." http://www.salon.com/2011/02/07/bush_amnesty_...

I had one that came in a bag and looked like an army field phone, I had a few car phones, I had a couple of those Ivory colored Motorola jobs that needed two batteries to make it through a single day whether you made one call or twenty. In 1986 there was no tower service outside good sized towns. I also had beepers, one a digital worldwide model__where texting was born.

That's a quarter century pal__that ain't fast__steady maybe but not fast___I'll be dead and you'll be in the home.

They'll be making fake diks with those printers before making anything lifesaving.

President Obama is awesome! I appreciate the way he looks before he leaps, especially with regard to starting another war.

If John McCain had been elected...we would be in at least three new wars by now!
