CROWN POINT, Ind.(AP) The Lake County prosecutor and Indiana's attorney general are warning that northwestern Indiana's 2007 municipal elections could be plagued by the absentee ballot fraud seen in previous elections.
Steve Carter said voter fraud complaints during the 1999 municipal elections in the region were virtually ignored.
