I am sure your gay bashing buddies think you are just normal.

Social conservative Republicans want to use big government to force unwanted pregnancies, regulate who can and cannot get married, and determine what instructors can and cannot be teaching in schools. They want to amend the Constitution to ban everything from abortion and stem cell research to gay marriage and pornography. And while many may favor lowering taxes, the “compassionate conservatives” of the 2000s did not follow up tax cuts with spending cuts, entitlement reform, or balanced budgets.

It's like the entire world has a trigger finger that's getting very itchy.
Like you know something's about to happen and it's probably not going to be good but you can't do anything about it except try not to think about it and go about your daily life until it does.
Maybe it's just Death and "pretend carol" posting more than usual tonight.
But I do get that sense a lot. Considering the economic and geopolitical mayhem the world is teetering on, it's not a special kind of sense. Just common.
Maybe all the tension will just dissipate on its own in due time. Doesn't seem likely but it's possible, I suppose.

Just watched a movie that was filmed secretly inside of North Korea.

That film should be aired on every channel and the only thing Americans can watch.

Too many of us take freedom for granted or have no concept of the evil of communism.

We, too, have black marks in our history because of bad leaders making the wrong choices but America is, if nothing, thea bastion for freedom.

We best not forget that or we might as well bring the curtain down.

I just came back on after two hours. You didn't post anything during that entire time.

Do you just sit and stare at your computer waiting for me to show up again?

And do you have any concept of how creepy that is?

I will be registered on topix very soon with a new topix name. You can then post as "pretend carol" until your heart's content.

Amish practice Communism but what North Korea is practicing is the Worst form of Socialism that incorporates Totalitarianism the worst kind.

Carol, carol? Are you asleep yet? No, huh? Iago was just plain evil. He served no other function. Like Jesus in his way, he served a single purpose: to torment and subvert whatever inane instinct possesses ordinary men to proclaim themselves "good." Let him be your judge - Jesus not Iago. Just go with the flow. Iago and Jesus knew the truth about people: they're basically good, but instinctively evil. It's what they do.

Death is not a celestial shower. It doesn't clean you up after a life of stumbling around fucking things up for others, far from it. Death corrupts the corrupt. At least that's what it does for the human dead, it dissolves them after a few years of meaningless posturing about good and evil, rich and poor. Get thee to a nunnery. Ever think about that? Why a nunnery? It's a joke, honey, it's a joke.

Oh Lord god Jesus, thank you so much for bearing my cross, taking my well-deserved beatings, being tolerant of my weakness and, not but not least, dying in my stead. That's mighty white of you, Jesus, could you buy me a Porsche too?
