Hard to believe.
Most, if not all, of the GOPigs on this thread are collecting Medicare and Social Security.
Makes their talk of self reliance ring a bit false.
See Ed and Nobraina for evidence of this denial of reality.

If anyone can record that documentary, The Kennedy Assassination 24 Hours After, it was remarkable as to the recounting of the exact events 24 hours following and showing never before seen footage. But also an eye opener.

Yes, dear, everything's going to explode when the Canaries sink into the ocean and the big wave washes over us killing all the black people but sparing all the good white people who had the good sense to prepare waterproof underground shelters with a 2 year supply of food and dental equipment. We know.

They disturbed my peace and trespassed on my property. I should have called the police, maybe they're pretending to be mormons and are fronts for robbers. The robbers do that, go knocking on doors, see if someone answers, if not, then the other one breaks in the back. They cought these guys on camera doing it. You can get a doorbell that rings to your phone and talk to them while they're at your door. Everyone should get these, they're great. No one knows if you're home or not.
You can tell a robber by the hoddy, dummy.

My pitbull answers the doorbell for me when I'm not home.

You watch a documentary and take it at face value. RFK wasn't in shock after his brother had been murdered in Dallas, LBJ' home state. It was well known that JFK and LBJ had a poor relationship, LBJ being picked to get the southern vote.

Your silliness is amusing, but dumb. Ever read a good book on the subject?? Or is that too difficult for a dummy like you??

So let's talk about the skeltons in Bush's closet.

Start with explaining why the Bin Ladens were able to fly out of the USA after 9-11, at a time when all civilian air flights had been cancelled??

You're good at making accusations, piss poor at defending your heroes flaws.

It is well known the Kennedy family has skeletons in their closet, a shady past and dealing with some very shady people.
John Kennedy was well known for his infedility to his wife and his children.
But it was the mentality of Robert Kennedy who already hated Johnson and refused to even recognize him as the new president, putting himself and his family name above the good of the country that was the most revealing in the History Channel documentary.
I was shocked. And dismayed.

Sometimes I have fun on here, and sometimes I just see the microcosmic mix of "Americans" and I just want to shoot myself in the face. Then I work through that impulse and move on to what else I could do to resolve the problem.

Why would you take a made for TV show as the official story??

Who produced it?? What is fact, what is dramatization??

It's a freakin' TV show!!

You're really sick.

The History Channel pointed out everything I just said out, Lily - plain as day.
What in the world is so sick about recognizing Robert Kennedy's arrogance and sense of entitlement to the presidency?
I had no idea that was the case until last night.
And if you don't think the number of women JFK consorted with isn't a reality, you're the one who has the problem.

Forced to pay with no option. It was a money grab by the libtards. It was never meant to be what it has become today. We were supposed to still be dying at 65 or so. But science ruined their little scheme. They know if they try to raise it to 75 or so the scam will be reveled. So they will 'oversee' the 401(k) and IRA accounts to protect them from greedy banks and Wall Street. Do realize how much they would be able to borrow if they ever got their hands on that $19.5 trillion? After they spent it and replaced it with IOU's of course.

<quoted text> Now and in the near future it will do far more than that. It actually shouldn't be called a phone anymore. More like a tricorder. You know there is a stove/oven on the market that acts like a freezer. You take whatever it is you want to cook the next day and put it in the oven, still frozen. You then program what time you want to defrost and then cook at what temperature and time. The oven then defrosts and cooks per your orders. If you are running late you call the oven and lower the cooking temperature to extend the cooking time. This world is about to change rapidly. I have been saying this for a while now.
Or... you could leave it on the counter or in the refrigerator or defrost it in the Microwave and then punch in the cook time on the stove and do the same thing, right? Skip the major appliance stories and get me a world where every year there are a billion fewer people in it. I'll tell you when to stop, check back frequently.

You don't pay in advance for any of it.

It's been proven that the average Medicare client will colllect hundreds of times more in benefits than they paid in.

----------

"Thanks to research from the Urban Institute, we know that almost all income and demographic groups experience high ratios of lifetime benefits to taxes paid in inflation-adjusted terms. These totals range from 225 percent for single men born in 1960 earning $110,100 annually, to over 2,500 percent for a married couple averaging $20,000 in annual income over 43 years (in 2012 dollars), and higher ratios for even lower earners."

You were incorrectly saying??

How can anything good come out of this if the problem itself is trying to fix the problem?

Of course, there would be chaos surrounding the assassination of any president. But it was the chaos after Johnson was sworn in as the new president that was self-imposed by Robert Kennedy that was the most disturbing.
Johnson was scared to death Robert Kennedy was going to somehow undermine his place as the new president.
That in itself should tell you something about the Kennedy power and a misplaced sense of entitlement.

If you scroll down to see the comments made about this blog, someone said this:
"So what your chart points out is that while Reagan made $132.7 billion in tax increases, he also made $275.3 billion in tax cuts, or a net reduction of $142.6 billion dollars over his 2 terms in office, and reduced the size of government excess during a period of time in which the country was in an economic recession, to successfully bring it back to become the longest and strongest economy in decades.
And you are comparing that achievement to Obama spending trillions in his first year in office. So your point is?"
That's my question too. Your point is?
well let's see if you're in touch with reality or not.

has the economy improved under Obama?
