Tragedy as teenager mistakes his little brother, 12, for intruder and shoots him dead in Florida home
Police say the teen will not face charges.
They say the gun was legally owned but it wasn't immediately known how the boy got his hands on the weapon.
Detectives plan to meet with the State Attorney's Office to decide if negligence was committed in the case.

No charges yet and it's doubtful there will be. The tragic accident occurred in Lake Nona a high buck area known for fabulous golf and famous golf residents among them Nick Faldo. Lake Nona is also alternating home to the Tavistock Cup an interesting charity golf challenge which features Islesworth pro's vs Lake Nona pro's.

First of all, both Israel AND Jordan were once called "Palestine" under the British following World War I.
In 1948, the Palestinian "Jews" declared their state of Israel and became "Israelis." The next day, 7 Arab armies - Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Yemen - invaded Israel.
The Palestinian "Arabs" living in the new state of "ISRAEL" were told to leave by the invading Arab armies until they slaughtered the Jews, promising them they could return afterwards.
70% of the Palestinian "Arabs" who left in 1948 did not leave because of the Jews throwing them out. They left because their fellow Arabs told them to leave until they exterminated the Jews and could then return to reclaim their homes.
The Arab Palestinians are tortured by their shame of flight because running from Jews was like running from women.
Their hatred runs deep on many levels. But the Jews did not force them to leave.
I find it a bit amusing the dumb carol, who is fond of the terms Christ killer and Jewing one down (by going dumpster diving for household goods) uses the "All Jewry" version of what befell the Palestinians. "over 80 percent of the Arab inhabitants left their towns and villages in 1948, while Rashid Khalidi puts the percentage at 50.[8][9] Factors involved in the flight include Jewish military advances, attacks against Arab villages and fears of massacre after Deir Yassin,[10]:239–240 which caused many to leave out of panic; expulsion orders by Zionist authorities; the voluntary self-removal of the wealthier classes,[11] the collapse in Palestinian leadership,[12] and an unwillingness to live under Jewish control.[13] Later, a series of laws passed by the first Israeli government prevented them from returning to their homes, or claiming their property. They and many of their descendants remain refugees.[14][15] Later in the war, Palestinians were expelled as part of Plan Dalet.[16] The expulsion of the Palestinians has since been described by some historians as ethnic cleansing,[17][18][19] while others dispute this charge.[20][21][22]"

What is the solution? 750 murders a year?
Are some murders acceptable and others not? Most mass murderers have been white males. In Chicago it is gangs killing other gangs
. Lets go go after the criminals black and white. Passing laws that punnish law abiding people does nothing to stop people that break the law.
As for the gang members killing other gang members. people look at it as just another dead criminal they don't have to worry about. Maybe if we looked at the problem of why there are gangs in the first place we could stop most of it. When kids have no responible parenting and are not tought values they end up in gangs. Personaly I think restoring the family and values instead of rewarding iresponsibility would go a long way in reduceing all crime.
What's your thoughts? We realy need to get away from this us against them politics and start working on correcting the problems.

so what you're saying is that the police in that area are beholding to their rich taxpayers and the publicity might not be good for the department's funding.

1948 Arab–Israeli War

As a result of the war, the State of Israel kept nearly all the area that had been recommended by the UN General Assembly Resolution 181 and took control of almost 60% of the area allocated to the proposed Arab state.

Pretty much__yep. I suppose that there could be the odd intruder down there as a couple of the "phases" were stalled during the mortgage crisis and remain a work in progress with "strangers" coming and going.

www.centerlinehomes.com builds down there and also in my neighborhood at Red Tail.

Dumbass the job losses start in this Country Back in the early 1970's with Offshoring and I want you to know the Job losses are still continuing which the smaller employers here are blaming Obamacare and some of the larger employers here in Indiana have already dropped their employer sponsored Health Insurance and paid the fine because it cheaper too which is turning into a scam that benefits the Federal Government to generate revenue and the working citizens are paying the price losing their employer sponsored Health Insurance beside Obamacare hasn't been fully Implemented and more is to come.

No Melvin for the most part you are wrong about that. Under the exchanges a family of 4 making $50,000 a year will pay $15,740 a year for insurance. But they will get a 'tax credit' of $10,274. Thee credit will go to the insurance company. Where will the federal government and eventually the state (in three years) get that money? It will bankrupt this country, as planned.

Honestly what difference does it make? The Palestinians were forcefully removed from their native lands, something we all know. What is this a debate or a battle of who could look up the most info on a certain subject? The topic should focus more on the outside influences that keep the neighbors fueding! Americas presence only intensify Israels cocky attitude, making any real peace talks far fetched. The only way Israel will learn the respect they should have for it's neighboring countries is for America to wash it's hands. Then if it takes war to come to a resolution, the loser will have a greater respect for the winner, but to continue to have what I call "gang wars" is just asinine. Nobody ever wins. Just a bunch of back & forth. America has stirred up a pot of shit with the atrocities of Syria & it's unwavering position as Israels big brother. Now we're stuck playing referee in a heavy weight bout we weren't scheduled to call. In the end, this will be Americas downfall. This country is just that, a country, not a governing body or supreme presence here to make sure 2 enemies play fair!
