In my day smokes were a quarter a pack and were advertised everywhere, even billed as healthy/recommended by doctors yada-yada. Everyone in the movies smoked and even Mickey Mantle was a tobacco spokes person. Will add that fkrs in the movies and on TV were constantly shooting and/or beating the tar out of one another and in particular those pesky Injuns.
