Reagan sold Saddam WMDs during the Iraq/Iran war & that was both bush 41&43s premise to cover up their true intentions, invade Iraq for oil. Think about it, if it weren't, why would Saddam's first instinct be to set the oil wells on fire, & 2ndly why didn't he even fight back from the beginning? They were hoping to catch him with excess weapons from the Iraq/Iran war which was why they were so sure that he had them! If he were the monster as portrayed, why didn't they invade & take him out when he actually committed genocide decades before the war? The whole thing stinks to high heaven & you can believe God caught a whiff! Bush & Cheney are war criminals in the eyes of plenty countries, why do you believe that is?
The entire civilized world was providing Saddam with biological and chemical materials for "medical research" because he was once considered an ally. He became a madman committing mass genocide on his own people.

Do some research. Knowledge is power.

And while you're at it, whiff this...the entire Democrat Party believed Saddam was a threat and had to be removed.

Rush Limbaugh's Sandra Fluke Controversy Still Hurting Business, Says CEO

"t's been a year since Rush Limbaugh's incendiary comments about Sandra Fluke — but they are still hurting business, according to Cumulus CEO Lew Dickey.

Limbaugh ignited a firestorm of controversy last March when he called Sandra Fluke, a Georgetown law student who had been denied the right to testify at a White House administration's hearing on contraception, a "slut" and a "prostitute." His remarks — he subsequently doubled down on his attacks — spurred over 100 advertisers and two radio stations to drop his show.

Dickey, the CEO of Cumulus, said that his company is still feeling the effects of the controversy. "Clearly, it's been well documented that the talk side has been challenged," he told an industry newsletter published on Wednesday. "Most of that due to some of the issues that happened a year ago and so there has been residual hangover on the talk side in terms of advertisers sitting out and not placing there."

"Clearly that's had an impact not only on our network business [at Cumulus Media Networks], but it's had an impact on some of the news talk stations that we own," he continued.

Last year, Dickey said that the ad boycott cost him "millions." Cumulus has been a relatively small player for Limbaugh, airing his show on 38 stations last year. The company's losses suggest that other radio networks where Limbaugh's show accounted for a bigger chunk of business could have experienced even greater losses."

Not a one mentions wheat. When I did the search you mentioned, it produced nothing connected to wheat as the reason.
Here's what your search turned up;
"The Great Depression was the worst economic slump ever in U.S.
history, and one which spread to virtually all of the industrialized
world. The depression began in late 1929 and lasted for about a
decade. Many factors played a role in bringing about the depression;
however, the main cause for the Great Depression was the combination
of the greatly unequal distribution of wealth throughout the 1920's,
and the extensive stock market speculation that took place during the
latter part that same decade. The maldistribution of wealth in the
1920's existed on many levels. Money was distributed disparately
between the rich and the middle-class, between industry and
agriculture within the United States, and between the U.S. and Europe.
This imbalance of wealth created an unstable economy. The excessive
speculation in the late 1920's kept the stock market artificially
high, but eventually lead to large market crashes. These market
crashes, combined with the maldistribution of wealth, caused the
American economy to capsize."
Unequal distribution of wealth, buying on margin, Pres. Hoover's ineptness were the primary causes of the Depression.

also it is fortunate that white women with brains aren't as shallow as you think with sex and the size of organs as criteria when chosing a partner. obviously you spend a lot of time observing black men and feel inadequate.

How Did Iraq Get Its Weapons? We Sold Them
by Neil Mackay and Felicity Arbuthnot

THE US and Britain sold Saddam Hussein the technology and materials Iraq needed to develop nuclear, chemical and biological weapons of mass destruction.

Reports by the US Senate's committee on banking, housing and urban affairs -- which oversees American exports policy -- reveal that the US, under the successive administrations of Ronald Reagan and George Bush Sr, sold materials including anthrax, VX nerve gas, West Nile fever germs and botulism to Iraq right up until March 1992, as well as germs similar to tuberculosis and pneumonia. Other bacteria sold included brucella melitensis, which damages major organs, and clostridium perfringens, which causes gas gangrene.

Classified US Defense Department documents also seen by the Sunday Herald show that Britain sold Iraq the drug pralidoxine, an antidote to nerve gas, in March 1992, after the end of the Gulf war. Pralidoxine can be reverse engineered to create nerve gas.

The Senate committee's reports on 'US Chemical and Biological Warfare-Related Dual-Use Exports to Iraq', undertaken in 1992 in the wake of the Gulf war, give the date and destination of all US exports. The reports show, for example, that on May 2, 1986, two batches of bacillus anthracis -- the micro-organism that causes anthrax -- were shipped to the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education, along with two batches of the bacterium clostridium botulinum, the agent that causes deadly botulism poisoning.

One batch each of salmonella and E coli were shipped to the Iraqi State Company for Drug Industries on August 31, 1987. Other shipments went from the US to the Iraq Atomic Energy Commission on July 11, 1988; the Department of Biology at the University of Basrah in November 1989; the Department of Microbiology at Baghdad University in June 1985; the Ministry of Health in April 1985 and Officers' City, a military complex in Baghdad, in March and April 1986.

The shipments to Iraq went on even after Saddam Hussein ordered the gassing of the Kurdish town of Halabja, in which at least 5000 men, women and children died. The atrocity, which shocked the world, took place in March 1988, but a month later the components and materials of weapons of mass destruction were continuing to arrive in Baghdad from the US.

The Senate report also makes clear that:'The United States provided the government of Iraq with 'dual use' licensed materials which assisted in the development of Iraqi chemical, biological and missile-system programs.'

This assistance, according to the report, included 'chemical warfare-agent precursors, chemical warfare-agent production facility plans and technical drawings, chemical warfare filling equipment, biological warfare-related materials, missile fabrication equipment and missile system guidance equipment'."

It was the Traitor Reagan who sold chemical arms to Iraq.

Caught you in yet another lie.

Is it our job to go around the world killing all dictators and imposing American democracy on the world? Why?
The Republicans love dictators, prop them up, until they are no longer useful, then they go in and kill. Sadam Hussein was going to flood the market with his oil and deal in euros; that's why Bush invaded. Who got the oil, by the way? The Chinese and not one bullet, not one soldier deployed. You're a simpleton beyond belief.
Iraq was fine the way it was; now, it is a breeding ground for AlQuaida.
You must not have heard about the mass graves discovered all over Iraq. Entire villages. Guess they weren't thriving like they were in Baghdad.

You must have also forgotten or want to forget about the severe sanctions placed on Iraq by Clinton and Albright - who were blamed for thousands of children starving to death.

Saddam must have needed to build another castle instead.

<quoted text>
Well, that is the reason that white men are intimidated by black men; women will always go after wealthy athletes, whether they are black or white it goes with the territory. Women will also naturally be attracted to the tallest man in the crowd, it speaks of virility, it's subconscious. Just like men are drawn to women who will most likely be able to bear children, women with curves being more desirable than extremely thin women with flat chests.
Notice that many white Americans are drawn to Asian women; but you rarely see an Asian man with an American woman.
It's wrong to say that people are attracted to an opposite only because of sex, sex is important but there's so much more to a relationship or marriage than that.
A woman like Jane is so sexually frustrated that it comes out in violent acts against the homeless. If she'd only get laid, maybe she'd calm the hell down. Many black women are dating white men; the world is changing and eventually we will all be mixed. If you find someone to love and who loves you, what difference doesn't anything make anyway?

How quickly we forget people like Monihan. Good for you for reminding us.
some day newspapers will be quoting those who warned of the demise of healthcare and America as a superpower beginning with the Obama years...if our press is still free by then.

this was written in 2005 about Moynihan:

The Black Family: 40 Years of Lies

Read through the megazillion words on class, income mobility, and poverty in the recent New York Times series “Class Matters” and you still won’t grasp two of the most basic truths on the subject: 1. entrenched, multigenerational poverty is largely black; and 2. it is intricately intertwined with the collapse of the nuclear family in the inner city.

By now, these facts shouldn’t be hard to grasp. Almost 70% of black children are born to single mothers. Those mothers are far more likely than married mothers to be poor, even after a post-welfare-reform decline in child poverty. They are also more likely to pass that poverty on to their children. Sophisticates often try to dodge the implications of this bleak reality by shrugging that single motherhood is an inescapable fact of modern life, affecting everyone from the bobo Murphy Browns to the ghetto “baby mamas.” Not so; it is a largely low-income—and disproportionately black—phenomenon. The vast majority of higher-income women wait to have their children until they are married. The truth is that we are now a two-family nation, separate and unequal—one thriving and intact, and the other struggling, broken, and far too often African-American.

So why does the Times, like so many who rail against inequality, fall silent on the relation between poverty and single-parent families? To answer that question—and to continue the confrontation with facts that Americans still prefer not to mention in polite company—you have to go back exactly 40 years. That was when a resounding cry of outrage echoed throughout Washington and the civil rights movement in reaction to Daniel Patrick Moynihan’s Department of Labor report warning that the ghetto family was in disarray. Entitled “The Negro Family: The Case for National Action,” the prophetic report prompted civil rights leaders, academics, politicians, and pundits to make a momentous—and, as time has shown, tragically wrong—decision about how to frame the national discussion about poverty.

To go back to the political and social moment before the battle broke out over the Moynihan report is to return to a time before the country’s discussion of black poverty had hardened into fixed orthodoxies—before phrases like “blaming the victim,”“self-esteem,”“out-of- wedlock childbearing”(the term at the time was “illegitimacy”), and even “teen pregnancy” had become current. While solving the black poverty problem seemed an immense political challenge, as a conceptual matter it didn’t seem like rocket science. Most analysts assumed that once the nation removed discriminatory legal barriers and expanded employment opportunities, blacks would advance, just as poor immigrants had.
