Putting Mickey D's out of business would be very beneficial for America's health care problems, such as obesity and diabetes.

You have both, so you don't care.

Nanny Warren makes the mistake that minimum wage workers have increased productivity over the years, or are in fact very productive at all.
But a minimum wage at that level would put McDonald's and Walmart out of business, making the left happy.

I'll try one more time. You really do need to take a look at the Iraq Liberation Act of 1998.
Rebuilding Iraq and implementing a democracy-type government is right there in writing.
It was signed by President William Jefferson Clinton.
I'll try one last time - the act says nothing about invading/blowing up/rebuilding a sovereign nation.

<quoted text>Ignoring the fact that this entire post is a non-sequitor, I have one question: Why did the people of Iraq fail to handle their own civic responsibility in these cases?
The United States is not a global police force, and the Husseins were puppets, who we helped to put in power in the first place. Saddam eventually ran like a whiny pissypants into a spider hole. His sons were killed by Iraqis, who should have done it a lot sooner. The only reason we were there was their oil reserves - Saddam scared the whiny pissypants at the Pentagon into believing he'd burn them all, and that the American companies invested in them would be ruined.
Money, not the spreading of Democracy, and CERTAINLY not defending the flower of Iraqi womanhood, was the entire impetus of that invasion.
The same reason the oppressed and controlled of the world in dozens of places and times didn't handle it would be my guess. Fear of their own deaths.

The Husseins were puppets? Of who? Did we keep Stalin in power? How about Mao?

If we're not the global police force, why does our military budget dwarf everyone else's? Who would save the muslim Bosnians? Who saved Europe twice? Who kicked the Spanish out of the new world?

I don't claim we went to Iraq to stop the rapes and murders, but that was a result of it. American females, in particular white ones, don't care about any women but themselves. If some white conservative male is perceived as being misogynist, then we're going to have a crisis which must be dealt with. The LSM is all too happy to facilitate it.

Rmoney lost the election because everyone knew he'd start a war with Iran.

It's what Repugnants do, start wars.

Bush started two, finished none.

Rmoney The Anti-Christ would gladly start a war with Iran to fulfill his visons of the End Times.

Stonehead hiding behind a sockpuppet.

How funny!!

The average "mom-and-pop" store employs mostly family members whose real earnings are far less than minimum wage, pay no unemployment or Social Security taxes and they still can't compete.

Still have yur autographed picture of Uday Hussein on yur wall?
"
brutal rapist with an obsession for beautiful women.”
Every day Uday Hussein and his bodyguards drove around the university and the girls’ schools until the president's son saw a girl he fancied. He would stop her and
ask her to spend the night with him. If she refused his bodyguards would grab her and bring her back to the palace.
There Uday would rape the girl. If she resisted, after he was done, he would give her to the whole team of bodyguards. If she was really a lot of trouble, like one architectural student named Nahle Sabet who had the nerve to publicly reject him, Uday would throw her naked to his pack of wild dogs which ripped her to pieces while he watched, drinking champagne and laughing.
No woman was safe. One day Uday saw two newlyweds walking hand in hand. He wanted the woman and his bodyguards grabbed the couple.
Saad Abd al-Razzek Nihaya was an Iraqi army officer decorated for bravery in the Iran-Iraq War but that didn’t help him or his new wife.
Uday took the girl to a hotel suite. She pleaded with him not to defile her - she had only been married yesterday. Uday beat her until she was bloody then raped her."
Proving "power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely"? Somehow, Harmonious, I already had you pegged as having an extensive library of this type of sadosadistic sludge. Bet you're into serial killers too.

Really??

Show us the death threats you see here every day, or STFU, you moron!! Your stupidity is growing by the hour!!

----------

"a 16-year-old girl was charged today with aggravated menacing for allegedly threatening the life of the victim via Twitter, and a 15-year-old was charged with menacing for allegedly threatening bodily harm via Facebook."

----------

This is as bad as your saying the Police had no right to arrest Larry Craig for soliciting men in an Airport Rest Room.

Uncle Tom Obama doesn't have much use for intellectual blacks, unless they're Hollywood types. He prefers jews if you hadn't noticed, many blacks have.
To be candid, I don't assign much weight to the ethnicity of the President's associates. I'm more interested in the execution of his policies, the antics of his Congressional allies, and the effectiveness of his opposition.

But "Jews" and "Blacks" are usually capitalized when referring to said ethnicity. Sign of respect, just as it is when we capitalize the words "Christian" or "Whites"

My Granny used to say, "Treat everyone with respect, even those who you don't feel deserve it...not as a sign of their character, but a sign of your own."

aw. let me fix that for ya.

The Washington Post's conservative blogger Jennifer Rubin spent much of 2012 having to put up with attacks from the left, with many calling her a mouthpiece for the Mitt Romney campaign.

With her latest column on Sen. Jim DeMint's departure from the Senate to Heritage Foundation -- in which she writes, "By embracing him, Heritage, to a greater extent than ever before, becomes a political instrument in service of extremism, not a well-respected think tank and source of scholarship" -- she is now enduring equally strong criticism from the right.

"Romney's mouthpiece claims to be a conservative and writes 'good riddance, Mr. DeMint,'" Erick Erickson, the founder of the conservative blog Red State, tweeted. "In the history of ignorant takes on conservative,@JRubinBlogger may have just written the most ignorant thing ever."

A more vitriolic message comes from conservative radio host Mark Levin: "Go to hell, Jennifer Rubin," he wrote.

It ain't easy being Jen Rubin right now, that's for sure.
