I swear, it never fails. Every time I get back on topix I forget all about my daily hygiene. Clinton's first term began in January of 1993 so he certainly didn't sign NAFTA in 1991 did he dummy?

But__he actually did sign NAFTA into law.

NAFTA was a Republican initiative all the way and a Bush I pet project, it was going to become law whether Clinton signed it or not but Clinton saw value in the agreement too.

It became a textbook example for unintended consequences.
