North Carolina State Representative Rayne Brown(R) has co-sponsored a bill that would “clarify” an existing state law to specifically prohibit the exposure of women’s breasts. The proposed legislation, House Bill 34, would make it a Class H felony to expose “external organs of sex and of excretion, including the nipple, or any portion of the areola, of the human female breast.”

The deadline for states to commit to creating their own health insurance exchanges under Obamacare was Friday, with half the states ultimately refusing to do so, leaving the federal government with that job. That includes some of the country's most populous states.
New Jersey, Ohio and Florida, several of the biggest states that had not declared their intentions, officially said no late in the week.
Twenty-five states, most Republican-led, have said they will let the federal government run the marketplaces, also known as exchanges. And seven governors from Arkansas, Delaware, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, New Hampshire and South Dakota have sought approval for the third option—a partnership with the federal government. Three of those—Arkansas, Delaware and Illinois—have already received conditional approval. A report by the Charleston, W. Va., Gazette said West Virginia also decided late Friday to opt for a partnership with the federal government.
if the feds can make this work by Oct. 1. A robust, national health insurance marketplace could ultimately be cheaper and more efficient. It could be the model that shows a national health care system works, taking us one step closer to a public national health care system.

You do realize that the people in the states that didn't opt for the exchanges can't be fined or forced to get insurance right? This boondoggle will be the biggest mistake ever put on the American people.

Sarah Palin plans to make a triumphant return to the spotlight by speaking at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), which starts March 14th in the traditional-values heartland of "real America" known as...um...Washington, D.C.
History will be kind because The mixed metaphors! The mangled history! The paranoia! The hand notes! What's not to love?

History will be cruel because The mixed metaphors. The mangled history. The paranoia. The hand notes. What's not to not love?

Verdict: History will be KIND. America needs a good chuckle. And also too you betcha history will be very thankful for that fact that Sarah's not over there hot-tubbin' and pallin' around with the Koch brothers in the vice president's residence, one John McCain heartbeat away from being the owner of the "nukular football code unlockin' thingy machine."
