Perhaps you can answer that question. Before the dot-com bust and the war the Arabs started when they bombed the United States on 9/11(2001), the total debt was 5 trillion dollars.
When the Democrats took control of all the purse strings of government in January, 2007, the total debt was 8.5 trillion dollars.
Since the Democrats took control of all the purse strings of givernment, the debt doubled.
Why is that?

While that is the lowest it has been in the three years, there is some positive news in that poll: Thirty percent of the poll’s participants do hold favorable views of the Tea Party. That is something to build on.

However, insofar as it has been branded and is now associated with negativism, the brand itself must change in order to build and grow again.
