Would Homer support legislation prohibiting drones for domestic use?

The Tragic End of Bush's North Korea Policy
John Bolton
Maskirovka – the Soviet dark art of denial, deception and disguise – is alive and well in Pyongyang, years after the Soviet Union disappeared. Unfortunately, the Bush administration appears not to have gotten the word.
With much fanfare and choreography, but little substance, the administration has accepted a North Korean "declaration" about its nuclear program that is narrowly limited, incomplete and almost certainly dishonest in material respects. In exchange, President Bush personally declared that North Korea is no longer a state sponsor of terrorism or an enemy of the United States. In a final flourish, North Korea has undertaken a reverse Potemkin Village act, destroying the antiquated cooling tower of the antiquated Yongbyon reactor. In the waning days of American presidencies, this theater is the stuff of legacy.

You both live in some nice ghettos.
In historical context, the word "ghetto" is not related to economics.

Boca is a ghetto, Temecula is not.

CBS Poll: Broad, Bipartisan Support For Drone Program
Seventy-one percent of Americans — including 78 percent of Republicans and 70 percent of Democrats — said they support the use of drones against suspected terrorists.

torture never polled like that.
So, 70 percent of Democrats would cheer if a drone bombed the White House when the Wahabist terrorists in the Muslim Brotherhood came for one of their frequent visits?

Cluster, dufus, meaning multiple buildings proximal to one another, dufus. One building will work, depending on the transmissivity of the aquifer they are exchanging heat with and its recharge distributive rate. This is called a "convection" system.
If the geologic member does not have a flow of water, then the system would be called a "conduction" system, and be much, much less effective.
Referencing your example, if a building up-dip was doing the same thing, the heat from the building up-dip would be transferred by mass flow to the places where the holes were dug for the building down-dip trying to dissipate heat into the same formation member... dufus.
You see, the water in the aquifer of the up-dip building will carry the heat from the up-dip building to the down-dip building... dufus.
Now that you have a very elementary explanation, you can construct your thermodynamic model and see that heat doesn't just disappear. It has to go somewhere, you f**k*ng idiot.
I have a geothermal system here at the house. One intake well and to discharge wells. It works very well. However for the most part the new geothermal systems use a closed loop configuration using anti-freeze in place of water. This will cut down significantly on the bleed over between systems.
