You obviously don't know anything about economics. The CRA created a false market where there wasn't any income to support it. Because, as Barney Frank used the term, "subsidized housing" purchases created this false market, the businesses in the industry responded by manufacturing to meet the false demand that had no income to support its consumption.<quoted text>
I didn't anything about the courts one way or the other liar. How about explaining how CRA was responsible for the housing meltdown when most of the defaulting loans were made by mortgage brokers who weren't even subject to it? Or why most of the properties under default weren't in areas subject to CRA rules? How about explaining how the Democrats are at fault when the collapse started in 2006 before they took control of Congress?
You can chase your tail all you want on this but you've got nothing.
An idiot can predict a collapse.
By the way, the collapse was predicted in a 1999 article in the New York Times, and by the Director of OFHEO in a Congressional hearing in 2003 when the Democrats were negotiating with Republicans to get no oversight of their Marxist CRA program in exchange for the Democrats supporting the war in Iraq.
