here we have another psycho allowed to roam the streets:

STAMFORD -- A Transportation Security Administration screener at John F. Kennedy International Airport was arraigned at state Superior Court in Stamford Monday for allegedly striking his 75-year-old mother a day after he was charged with harassing and threatening his psychiatrist.

Christopher Wilkie, 43, of 210 Shore Road, Long Beach, N.Y., was charged with third-degree assault on a person over 60, second-degree harassment, second-degree threatening and two counts of breach of peace.

Wilkie was arrested just down the street from his mother's home on MacGregor Drive after a witness saw him assaulting his mother in a car on Saturday at about 2 p.m., his court files show.

He was also arrested Friday after police obtained a warrant for his arrest following a troubling incident in his psychiatrist's Summer Street parking garage.

According to his arrest warrant affidavit, Wilkie was waiting when his psychiatrist pulled into his office at about 6:30 a.m. on Dec. 26. An agitated Wilkie, who had a 7 a.m. appointment with the psychiatrist, nearly pulled him out of his car window by his shirt, saying, "You are out to get me. I will get you and your daughter. In another situation I would have killed you. My people are coming to give you your instructions tomorrow," the warrant states.

Wilkie drove off and his psychiatrist called police to report the incident.

Judge Kenneth Povodator reduced Wilkie's bond to $10,000 on the assault charge and forbid him from going to his mother's house. Bello said Wilkie will go to another psychiatrist for care.

In videos, Wilkie can be seen using shirts to cover three surveillance cameras in the parking garage before the attack, the warrant said. They also show Wilkie taping a note to his psychiatrist's door, saying "I am on to you, you (expletive deleted) punk."

Later that day, Wilkie made seven phone calls to the psychiatrist's office, making harassing and threatening statements to the staff, the warrant said.

The psychiatrist said he has been seeing Wilkie for 10 years without problem. But that morning he appeared to be "whacked out on something," the psychiatrist surmised.

With his mother sitting in court Monday, Wilkie's attorney, Robert Bello, told Judge Kenneth Povodator his client was off his medications.
Bello said he had Wilkie's medications and his mother would be able to help get them to Wilkie if he could be released on bond. Bello said Wilkie had a clean criminal record and was not a flight risk, because he used to live with his mother in Stamford.

Supervisory Assistant State's Attorney Steven Weiss said Wilkie has been a TSA screener for nine years and he was concerned because Wilkie had reportedly been planning on getting a gun.

Wilkie denied the claim before Povodator quieted him.

when there is a headline of a shooting, whose fault will it be--the libs who close institutions where this guy should be? and/or the judge who let him out on $10K bond?

But, you got one thing right. It was Panetta that got bin Laden. Obama didn't even have a goddam clue the operation was happening until it was leaked to Vallerie Jarrett the mission was about 40 minutes from landing in bin Laden's compound.... not quite enough time for Vallerie Jarrett to warn bin Laden so he could get out of there before the SEALs arrived with greetings from the United States.

Who here doesn't want the government to collapse?
You asked a zillion times where Obama gets his money to run the government.

He gets it from the treasury department.

I answered it. Did I prevent the collapse?

Bottom line folks if Flack hadn't picked the 49ers they may well have won the game.

Like all of his predictions as soon as he picked the 49ers I knew the die was cast, so to speak.

EXCLUSIVE: Justice Dept. memo reveals legal case for drone strikes on Americans
Khaled Abdullah / Reuters
Confidential paper says the government can order the killing of citizens without intelligence indicating they are plotting to attack the U.S.
not true, this has been in the NY Daily News. the difference is that if GW Bush had been judge and jury in ordering the killing of American citizens by drone, the noise from the left would be deafening and unrelenting.

'In the latest issue of Chatham House's journal International Affairs, Boyle adds: "Over time, an excessive reliance on drones will deepen the reservoirs of anti-U.S. sentiment, embolden America's enemies and provide other governments with a compelling public rationale to resist a U.S.-led international order which is underwritten by sudden, blinding strikes from the sky."

The Obama administration has not responded to a Freedom of Information request filed some two years ago by the American Civil Liberties Union demanding details of the drone program. A similar request from the New York Times was also greeted with silence.

Last week, the United Nations announced it had launched an investigation into drone warfare to look into charges of unlawful killings and to help put into place "appropriate legal and operational structures ... to regulate its use in a manner that complies with the requirements of international law," in the words of Ben Emmerson, special investigator for the U.N. Human Rights Council.

Obama has said that the decision to target someone for assassination involves "an extensive process, with a lot of checks." But judging from what has been leaked about the secret process, it takes place entirely within the executive branch which functions as judge, jury and executioner. New rules have been under review for several months

only an idiot wouldn't know that the wealth will naturally begin to migrate to an increasingly smaller percentage of the population... idiot.
If you want to distribute the wealth more evenly, fix the goddam education system you Democrats destroyed with your so-called "progressive" ideas.
Or, if you're too goddam lazy to do that, you'll have to steal it from those who actually make the sacrifices to earn it, and spread it aound to those who do nothing to help themselves.
... incidentally, that's called Marxism.

You have a severe problem reading and comprehending the written English language.
How about this concept: The money the government spends doesn't belong to Obama.

The Treasurey Department isn't a source of money. It is a repository for money collected from a source of money. Besides, the Treasury Department doesn't have any money. It's 16.5 trillion dollars in debt.

And, with answers like that, as well as the answers the idiots in the Obama government come up with like setting up an unconstitutional alternate government and funding it with something right out of Machiavelli's "The Prince" will collapse the government.
I mean, give me a break. Minting trillion dollar coins and trading them with the Federal Reserve, that's also probably broke, to fund a government different from the constitutional government...
What the f**k will you ignorant idiots think of next...
That's just another indication of how ignorant Obama and that entire administration is. If they knew what they planned was directly from Machiavelli's "The Prince", they would have tried to disguise it, and not just throw it out there where anyone with an education would recognize it.

How about telling us what the plan is.
Where will the money come from to pay for Obama's government?

All you havfe to do is identify a source of money to answer the question.

Thank God for American Crossroads and the Conservative Victory Project

American Crossroads is creating a new Super PAC to crush conservatives, destroy the tea party, and put a bunch of squishes in Republican leadership positions. Thank God they are behind this. In 2012, they spent hundreds of millions of rich donors’ money and had jack to show for it.

It is interesting though. The people who brought us No Child Left Behind, Medicare Part D, TARP, the GM bailout, Harriet Miers, etc., etc., etc. are really hacked off that people have been rejecting them. In 2012, about the only successful Republican candidates were the ones who directly rejected the legacy of these people.

http://www.redstate.com/2013/02/04/thank-god-...

"directly rejected" the legacy of Bush.

anyone who doesn't isn't a conservative according to the man who now works for FOX.

Where was Obama during the 7-hour battel between Al Qaeda and the stripped-down American embassy security detatchment in Benghazi while the real-time video was being watched in the White House?

Who in the White House gave the orders for the AC-130 and Marine Force Recon units specifically prepositioned to respond to specifically an attack on the embassy in specifically Libya to disregard their default orders while they watched Al Qaeda kill Americans on real-time video?

Got an answer for these questions, dufus?
