That happens already by insurance companies through the pre existing clause and caps , thereby denying care to a baby born with a disability or disease that would require extensive and ongoing surgical procedures.

Exactly! This guy reminds of the one in Jack and the Beanstalk, the Dictat, er, President (heh!) in this case being the giant way up high on the stalk, and when the poor little schmo, who represents you and I, climbs long and hard then gives him all his worldly goods, Obama the giant gives him a handful of beans and tells him to eat cake instead of good cheap healthcare!
Then there's Cinderella, who toils day and night for that nasty looking Mouchelle, then a fairy godmother (who represents the government) promises her healthcare, but when she runs out of the ball (inauguration) to get in her coach, it turns into a mouse along with her Obamaphone, and all the elite who already have great healthcare are inside laughing their azzes off and calling everybody they know on THEIR Obamaphones to tell them what a dumb b!tch that Cinderella has always been, and how whe'll always be Mouchelle's maid if she doesn't smarten up, which will be NEVER!
Na this more like the story of John Henry, at least in the republican party. They want to work the blackman to death for little to no income, & once they've achieved that they'll use machines as bargaining chips against the younger black folks to lower their wages even lower. Oh how your stories sounds like just what they are, fairytales, & mines actually depicts reality in the republican eyes.

We're next.
Wonder why.
Yes. Because they spent too much money on the military and not enough on the economy.

You must be claiming the US is like the USSR.

You keep wondering son. That's about all you do besides offering your opinions.

Yeahoo, the U.S. government is only to pay for the military. Eleanor went against the Constitution with Social Security. Then packed the Supreme Court with her cronies, to cement her crooked scheme.

Obama's idea of a utopian society doesn't exist either. A PhD will never be on the same playing field as a high school dropout.
Yet, he seems to see both as equally deserving of being the waterboy or the quarterback - depending on one's status and point of view.
What does this have to do with healthcare? Waterboys are not "deserving" of healthcare? You're insane.

The Mad Tea Party and the Cloward-Piven Conspiracy Theory
Leftists like to say that another world is possible, but I was never quite sure of that until I started reading tea party websites. There, a government of leftists is not only possible, it's on the cusp of seizing permanent power, having broken American capitalism and replaced it with a socialist state. Down that rabbit hole, Barack Obama and Rahm Emanuel are communists, and "The Left"--which encompasses everyone from the Democratic Leadership Council to Maoist sectarians--is a disciplined and near omnipotent army marching in lockstep to a decades-old master plan for domination called the "Cloward-Piven strategy" or, as of January 20, 2009, "Cloward-Piven government."
https://www.commondreams.org/view/2010/03/26-...
Why does the Cloward-Piven conspiracy theory hold such appeal? And what, if anything, does it accomplish? On one level it's entertainment. It allows believers to tease out the left's secrets and sinister patterns. Since none of the evidence that supposedly confirms the existence of the Cloward-Piven strategy is, in fact, secret, this proves rather easy to do, and so the puzzle is both thrilling and gratifying.
On another level, the theory is an adaptive response to the tea party's fragmentation. As Jonathan Raban pointed out in The New York Review of Books, the tea party is an uneasy conclave of Ayn Rand secular libertarians and fundamentalist Christian evangelicals; it contains birthers, Birchers, racists, xenophobes, Ron Paulites, cold warriors, Zionists, constitutionalists, vanilla Republicans looking for a high and militia-style survivalists. Because the Cloward-Piven strategy is so expansive, it allows tea party propagandists to engage any one--or all--of the pet issues that incite these various constituencies. For some, the left's "offensive to promote illegal immigration" is "Cloward-Piven on steroids." For others, it is the Cloward-Piven "advocates of social change" who "used the Fed, which was complicit in the scheme" to "engineer" the 2008 fiscal crisis. In his speech at the tea party convention in Nashville, WorldNetDaily's Joseph Farah notes that Obama was just 4 when the Cloward-Piven strategy was written. "We think," Farah said. He paused dramatically before adding, "Without the birth certificate we really just don't know," as a sizable portion of the audience broke into applause.
sorry about the birther putdowns.

You're a crybaby.

You've been better behaved of late, keep it up.

And wasn't Realtime one of your favorite targets, as you abused him for health care issues you claimed to be paying for??

John Galt wrote:
A proposed ban on sales of assault weapons would be defeated in the U.S. Senate unless some lawmakers changed their current views, based on a Bloomberg review of recent lawmaker statements and interviews.
At least six of the 55 senators in the Democratic caucus have expressed skepticism or outright opposition to a ban, the review found. That means Democrats wouldn’t have a 51-vote majority to pass the measure, let alone the 60 needed to break a Republican filibuster to bring it to a floor vote.
The five Democratic senators from traditionally pro-gun states who have expressed skepticism about the bill are Max Baucus and Jon Tester of Montana, Mark Begich of Alaska, Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota and Joe Manchin of West Virginia. Independent Senator Angus King of Maine, who caucuses with Democrats, also said he opposes a ban.
Maine Senator Susan Collins, a Republican who supported similar legislation in 2004, has indicated she is unlikely to back the proposed ban in its current form.
Another reason why money should be removed from politics. Our elected leaders are voting their own pocketbooks at the expense of the American people. Perhaps when someone in their families gets blown away by a mass killer with an assault weapon, they will understand. Most people think it cannot happen to them, in their family or town, that it happens to "other people"

Yes.

The Republiclown solution is to build Keystone XL and send our dollars to Canada, so they can further fund their single payer health care system.

GGgggooooo CANADA!!

You won't pay for healthcare for your fellow citizens, but you're salivating about sending $Billions to Canada for oil that will end up being exported.

And you wonder why we consider you nitwits to be nitwits??

That's just one example. I can offer many.
