Nice try twit but the primary reason for Windber Medical Center closing its obstetrics unit is the fact that two of its obstetricians were leaving and two others are shifting their practices to gynecology . They would have had to make that decision under the circumstances whether or not there was an ACA. In addition they're actually increasing women's healthcare services. Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown is ready and able to pick up the slack.
