Moderate Republicanism is a tendency that increasingly defies ideological analysis and instead requires psychological analysis. The psychological mechanism is fairly obvious. The radicalization of the GOP has placed unbearable strain on those few moderates torn between their positions and their attachment to party. Many moderate conservatives have simply broken off from the party, at least in its current incarnation, and are hoping or working to build a sane alternative. Well you're right, no one but Republicans can match or out do Democrats on spending. Since the right-wing Contract on America year over year spending increases by Republicans has averaged 8% while Democrats have increased it 7.5%.

WE agreed (union) to take a pay cut in order to keep our Kasich-strapped, billionaire give away, school system operating...Ohio is doing much better now, especially when giving Rove apoplexy in re-electing the POTUS...WE made an investment that should eventually pay off. However, I'm really sick of the lot of you with no sense of civic responsibility to future generations. BTW, did Wal-Mart up you to ten bucks an hour? Did it interfere with your Medicaid?

I don't know about anywhere else in the country but around here married people around here can live quite well. 40 hours x 4 = 160 x $10 x 2 = $3200. Add in a little overtime and you could clear $3000 a month. Around here that is a lot. Even with a couple of children.
