If you doubt that, there is ample proof he lied in his State of the Union speech in 2003, as he rushed the nation to war. A failed war.

Saddam offered Abu Nidal safe harbor for a while but eventually ordered him killed, Saddam was also on record proclaiming that he'd kill OBL with his bare hands if he found him in Iraq. Saddam had his hands full with his own discontents and Iran, he didn't need the added aggravation of terrorists running around Iraq stirring up sht.

The US had thousands of ground troops staged along the Iraq border with Kuwait__if Saddam actually has usable bio and/chem weapons he could have killed or sickened those troops__he could have waited until our convoys reached the area of Basra and done the same.

BushCo knew exactly what Saddam had and where it was, they lied the US into the war that the neocons wanted. Should add that it was a poorly managed war__nice goin Rummy!

Obama thought raising the debt ceiling was unpatriotic back in 2008 but now it's the absolute patriotic thing to do.
