I don't know about anywhere else in the country but around here married people around here can live quite well. 40 hours x 4 = 160 x $10 x 2 = $3200. Add in a little overtime and you could clear $3000 a month. Around here that is a lot. Even with a couple of children.

No, I pulled it out of raw budget data.

Here, with a bit of simple math you can do it yourself:

Table 1.1

It even comes in a convenient spreadsheet so you don't have to take off your shoes to do the cipherin'.

That's just not true.

Besides, even if it was, that was then, this is now. Republicans are the only ones who seem to get it now.

Morning Tenzing.

Just how in the Whites of West Virginia math does four hours and day times four days a week equal 160 hours? God, flack, as my grandma woulda' said, "You ain't even got walkin' around sense." (Oh, and you forgot taxes, but I guess you guys on the dole usually do that.)

We also couldn't beat the Obama Team Cheerleaders willfully keeping half the country in the dark.

Republicans are learning how to play this game though.

Apparently, the majority of Americans ARE stupid and need constant reminding why they AREN'T happy with the direction this country is going.

Romney made the mistake of thinking they could figure it out for themselves.

That will change in 2016, no doubt.

Ahhhh, I didn't anticipate the ol' "Liar liar pants on fire" argument.

Touché.

They get it all right, spending has only increased more than $350 billion since they re-took the House.

Mornin'.
