DBWriter wrote: <quoted text> I understand you and Obama have never read the Constitution, so I'll give you just a little bit about the kind of government it defines: The Constitution prohibits the president from issuing edicts to the general population. According to the Constitution, the only instructions from the government the population is bound by are in the form of laws that have been passed in accordance with the procedures defined in the Constitution. In short, nothing Obama orders the population to do is valid. He does not have that authority. He is restricted to issuing orders solely to the Executive Branch of government. He would have to be in rebellion against the government of the United States to do otherwise. Obama would know this if he ever even read the Constitution.
sonic ducking and dodging: so you can demonstrate that no other president has done such a thing? (excuse, excuse, excuse,(hurry up will ya!)) If you care to make some sort of justification as to why Obama should be allowed to be a dictator, then, by all means, make a reference to precedent. Tell us about who set that precedent, how it was set, and how Obama is merely doing it because... how do you idiots like to say it... "Bush did it, too." Tell us about the precedent Obama is following. What president issued edicts directly to the population? ... this should be good.

Not really, because the non-white statistics include other than blacks. Blacks are 13% of the population, 17% of live births, and 36% of abortions, meaning that the black abortion rate is nearly three times the national average. Proving once again that Planned parenthood is carrying forward with Margaret Sanger's plan for black genocide.

So, here's the fundamental question: in a fight who do you want on your team, the smart kids or carol? As for the military, who cares? I mean who really cares? These are people that'd be working at McDonalds otherwise, did they suddenly become enlightened? Besides, even if they did decide to support your team that'd just mean you'd have to pay them and which of you is going to do that? ... now, this is humorous. If they are so goddam smart, why do they need us to gove to them everything they need? Why can't they do like all the people they are smarter than and get for themselves what they need, like everyone who works for a goddam living? ... idiot.

DBWriter wrote: <quoted text> In case you had a problem reading the written English language, here are the questions again. Notice there is a question mark at the end of the sentence, as has always been the case: Where exactly was Obama when the White House was watching the real-time video of the 7-hour battle between Al Qaeda and the stripped-down American security detatchment in Benghazi? And; Where will the money come from to pay for Obama's government? Got an answer? To date, nobody on Earth has been able to answer these two questions. Sigh. Ok, I'll put it another way. Your first "question" is best answered with another question: where "exactly" was he supposed to be? In the john? Making a cheese sandwich? Bowling? See? It's like your question only there's more question marks at the end of mine. Realtime video? And how, pray tell do we know this? Was there one of the Fox people there shouting "Lights, camera, action?" Did we intercept the signal from the bad guys' drones? Did we have one of our own flying over? We did? The whole time? Is there one over my house now? How many fingers am I holding up? Was that the only "real time" video coming in or was there any other place in the world that night? apparently time stood still for you folks and the President is to be faulted for not being tuned to the channel you wanted him to be tuned to when you wanted him to be tuned to it? I'm picturing the President in his underwear sitting in a big room surrounded by video screens on every surface which are projecting every place in the world at the same time under his watchful and studious eye... maybe he was watching American Idol? that's important, right? Or... maybe.. it was just you folks tuned to every station in the world that day... hoping something bad would happen... yeah, I think I like my answer. Do you? I even put a question mark at the end like you did! Now, um, what was the question? Oh, yes, "Where will the money come from for Obama's government?" Well, here again, you've already tilted the table hoping to control the balls running down it and direct them towards the pocket you wish them to go in. Here's how I know that: "Obama" doesn't have a government, "we" do. So he doesn't have to pay for anything, "we" do. It's kind of how things work. You don't have to agree with it, but you DO have to help pay for it. It's in the Constitution, check it out.

A source of money is required to answer the second question. It's not a complex question.

And from the irony department.... Defense officials say Chuck Hagel is trying to set the record straight about his stand on Iran, telling senior Pentagon staff that he backs strong international sanctions against Tehran and believes all options, including military action, should be on the table. Hagel is meeting with top military and defense leaders and staff this week to begin preparing for what will likely be a contentious Capitol Hill hearing on his nomination to be defense secretary. The former Republican senator from Nebraska has drawn fire from senators who question his toughness on Iran and his support for Israel. I don't seem to hear any fraudulent Democrat hollering "We aren't the world's policeman." And, this plan seems like it will have a cost... that will have to be paid with real money. Where will the money come from to pay for Obama's government?

How a Real News Story Became the 'Obama Watched Them Die' Meme ....The story concluded with the following: Meanwhile, CBS News correspondent Margaret Brennan reports that the FBI and State Department have reviewed video from security cameras that captured the attack on the consulate. The audio feed of the attack was being monitored in real time in Washington by diplomatic security official Charlene Lamb. CBS News has learned that video of the assault was recovered 20 days later from the more than 10 security cameras at the compound. The government security camera footage of the attack was in the possession of local Libyans until the week of Oct. 1. The video will be among the evidence that the State Department's review board will analyze to determine who carried out the assault. Forbes' Larry Bell rather quickly managed to twist that into: Just one hour after the seven-hour-long terrorist attacks upon the U.S. consulate in Benghazi began, our commander-in-chief, vice president, secretary of defense and their national security team gathered together in the Oval Office listening to phone calls from American defenders desperately under siege and watching real-time video of developments from a drone circling over the site. Yet they sent no military aid that might have intervened in time to save lives. Now, that... that takes some Olympic-quality mental gymnastics. There's a lot going on there, really. Just layer upon layer of error. We see varied waves and sources of backup including military presented as "no military aid," a live audio feed conflated with video obtained twenty days later and Charlene Lamb starring as "our commander-in-chief, vice president, secretary of defense and their national security team." Wow, that Charlene must be one hell of a lady! She's the president, half the cabinet and can see with her ears! An alternative (and more disappointing,) explanation is that Forbes has no editorial or ethical standards as a publisher and Larry Bell strives to one day add a particularly pungent stench to Hell. It's all pretty ballsy, considering the headline of the source story was, "U.S. military poised for rescue in Benghazi." http://www.sodahead.com/united-states/is-the-...

The Petty, Spiteful Critics of Hagel That the selection offends and annoys people whose foreign policy recommendations have been so disastrous for the country is an additional piece of confirmation that Hagel was the better choice. http://www.theamericanconservative.com/lariso... P.S. There isn’t any need to “punish” Republican hawks with individual Cabinet nominations. That’s silly. Their party has lost the last three of four elections, which is why they aren’t in a position to install one of their own at the Pentagon. Throwing a fit over Hagel’s nomination is one of the most obvious cases of sour grapes in recent years.

Anything leaving or entering the United States is allowed to be inspected/investigated by the Executive Branch. The only thing the Patriot Act did was allow the investigation to follow the lines of communication. That would never have been even proposed if judges like the one that prevented the FBI from looking into Moussaoui's hard drive and reading the 9/11(2001) plans directly off the hard drive before the attack didn't exist. If those judges didn't exist, the 9/11(2001) attack would never have happened and there would not have been a war. But, international calls are under the Constitutional jurisdiction of the Executive Branch. Folowing the leads could present problems when judges like the above referenced real-world judge would pass the information to Al Qaeda.
