And, voter theft, of course. How else do you get a hundred thousand crackheads and welfare slugs and illiterate gangbangers voting without one, not even one, that pressed the wrong button by mistake.
You know, if you're going to steal votes, at least get someone who's not so stupid they write a program to steal all the votes to do it. It's child's play to find those places. It's almost impossible to find the places that steal one in three or one in four votes.

Thank you for that confirmation.
I used to think all doctors walked just a little below water.
After listening to them dictate for 14 years, I'm convinced half of them can't even get through the door to see a patient because their heads are too big or can't find the door. Some of them struggle to form a coherent sentence.
Also, having been in a hospital a few times, I'm even more convinced the medical profession as a whole is running on apathy and inefficiency.
Sitting in an emergeny room a few years ago for a very long time with only five or six other patients waiting along with me, I assumed the medical staff in the OR were either swamped or understaffed.
When I was finally called back in, there was a covey of nurses standing in a little group like they were having a coffee clutch and the place looked like a ghost town.
By the time a nurse came in to see me, I was so infuriated, I said nevermind, ya'll are much too busy. And left.
But not before I stopped and pointed to the group of nurses to my husband who knew I wasn't pointing in admiration.
The stories I could tell would take up too much time...but let's just say I've become quite jaded toward the medical profession with only few exceptions.
Remember everybody. You have right to challenge a notion. You have right to refuse drugs. Furthermore, you have right to ask about adverse effects without being treated like a troublemaker.

Finally, once you are a physician so many if us define our entire humanity upon that. I am soooooo much more than a former stinking MD. I am an artist, writer, fitness buff, father and simply a good human being. Even though medicine is still a remote past, I know that even 5 years from now it will be a foregone story. Many wasted years and sweat. Premed, MCAT, medical school and dikc-sucking to get those stupid "letters of recommendation". USMLE 1, 2, 3 and specialty boards. "Compliance training", coding courses, stupid stupid stupid teaching obligations where one truly can see how cutthroat it is and how I probably was myself are all things most people will not believe. Most of the work day spent dictating or dumping stuff on specialists and hospitalists.

Yes, I can totally understand you. I guess I'm blessed getting burned out early enough that I can still do something else without feeling bitter about it.

IMHO, the only people who still believe in the healthcare system are people who don't do any clinical work and tell others what and how to do things and the ones who just take the money and pass their pride the same place as their stools go.

To the ones who still believe healthcare is great, I say thanks, because there is and will be plenty jobs around. I guess as long as it creates jobs it doesn't matter what is done.

You seem to have a severe problem staying on topic. I'll help you. Here's the post you didn't answer again:

The Arab terrorists are coming to the White House to arrange the release of the Islamist terrorist that attempted to murder 30 thousand Americans.
If you actually paid attention to what Obama has done since he took office, it should be obvious Obama is on the side of the terrorists.
When Obama releases this terrorist, there should be no doubt Obama is one of the terrorists, himself. After all, he started his political career in the home of a terrorist.

Now think about this:
(A) The number of gun owners in the U.S. is 80,000,000.(Yes, that's 80
million).
(B) The number of accidental gun deaths per year, all age groups, is 1,500.
(C) The number of accidental deaths per gun owner is .0000188
Statistics courtesy of the FBI.
So statistically, doctors are approximately 9,000 times more dangerous than gun owners.
Now if you have more than one doctor, then you're just sh!t out of luck.
Remember, Guns don't kill people, doctors do.
Well spoken...

I can nothing but applaud here.

Unless Obama runs for a third term, I would not be surprised if he backs CC. After all, there is little difference between them. Some Republicans used to be impressed with him talking tough, but the differences are cosmetic in nature and once he is gone the teachers union will agitate for raising more property taxes again.

I think it would be better for him to change to democrat now, because it may not be enough time served if he switches before Iowa in 2016.

One thing is for sure... His hyperbole against his party because someone dared question the pork in the Sandy bill, is nothing but a typical politician pontificating. There was never any issue if delayed aid. He saw the opportunity, ceased the moment and managed to get some limelight at the peak of the campaign.

Republicans should get rid if him. However, why should they? I am pretty certain this was all part if the play book both sides were using to have the Messiah return. As long as republicans field crappy candidates and have only window dressing to differentiate themselves from Obama, what's the big deal if Obama won? Even Romney has a very questionable. History with the second.

Lets see which other joke they can field next time. I'm sure they can top Gingrich, Mc Cain, Mr "I served my country for Obama so be quiet" and bigSpender&super liberal Santorum. Here the liberals are absolutely correct (for once) even though they are the ones who have picked them to begin with.

I've had a beef with the health care system for three decades.

But common sense should dictate we look first at the outrageous costs of health care.

Cut the costs, stop the frivolous lawsuits with lawyers raking in the dough that we end up paying for and take a common sense approach to more affordable medical insurance.

None of these things happened which is what republicans proposed as the first no-cost no-nonsense steps to health care reform.

What we got is going to make waits in the ER seem like an eternity.
