Speaking of the flu shot, Boston declared a public health emergency with the flu season striking Massachusetts very hard. So far, 18 flu-related deaths. All children.

Even though there's significant activity reported in over 41 states, the 18 deaths were isolated to Massachusetts. Wonder why. Just seems a little unusual.

Vice President Joe BiteMe says Obama will issue an edict to the population enacting gun control as if he has the authority to write his own laws.

Does this formally begin Obama's rebellion against the Constitution and the government of the United States?

The real problem in medicine today is denial of medical care to senior citizens on Medicare to finance Obamacare for welfare bums and illegal aliens.
More and more physicians are denying Medicare patients.

Obamacare will fine doctors who refuse to give Medicare services.

It seems like we should be saying Heil Obama!

It's just a big mess. This entire administration is just a big mess.

It's just been my experience there's a lot of room for improvement in the medical profession especially with the outrageous costs extracted from patients - of which as many dollars are squeezed from insurance companies as is possible.
I'm getting a flu shot next week. You?
""""" """"" of which as many dollars are squeezed from insurance companies as is possible.""" """"" """"" .
That is not how it works. The Insurance companies put the screws to the hospitals and Doctors. None of the Dr or Hospital can just send an insurance company a bill. They first must be enrolled with an insurance company as a provider and the insurance company sets the reimbursement payment. If you do not agree to ALL their prices than you cannot bill them. I've seen IM Meds in office that cost $73.00 and payment be $12.00. I've seen an ointment that cost $7.00 and get paid .04 cents. The insurance companies are as bad if not worst than Medicare and Medicaid as far as payment.

Think it will depend on the severity of his version of gun control.

If he oversteps, his executive order will either be upheld or overturned by the Supreme Court.

But he's definitely pushing the envelope towards totalitarianism.

It's not just gun control. He's threatening to circumvent congress with raising the debt ceiling all by his lonesome.

since the republican controlled mediocre congress refuses to step up and have gun control ownership from citizens, our president had " no choice" but to do the right thing and do his job, republiscums like you are the ones that gave the boot to your ex- presidential candidate WRONGNEY, and then you all ask, why you all keep losing elections, keep your agenda going nitwitts , you all are doing us a favor and the polls in our favor.

A lot of conservatives are now regretting they didn't call Obama's bluff and just go over the cliff.

They would have had him eating out of their hands.

Unfortunately, hindsight is always 20/20.

What mess exactly did Bush leave behind?

The war mess...that Democrats voted for and funded?

The housing market collapse mess...that he warned congress about for years and more democrats than republicans rejected the notion there was even a problem?

The deficit mess...of which Bush's is miniscule compared to Obama's?

The TARP mess...which Obama and democrats supported?

What mess exactly? Please...tell me what mess.

He can make any law he wants without changing the constitution. For instance if he said you can have guns but then put in enough red tape to make it next to impossible to own one. Then nothing anyone can do to stop him, he is within his rights as the Prez

Guess when you have doctors running every test and every scan known to modern medicine whether it's necessary or not just to cover their butts from a malpractice suit, they're going to get paid. You can take it to the bank.

A specialist once admitted to me that doctors do have a "knee jerk reaction" when it comes to over testing and over scanning. It's become an epidemic.

It also seems to take 5 specialists and 2 nurse practitioners to treat one symptom. They either want to spread the accountability around or they all want a piece of the insurance pie.
