I, too, know some (plural, not an isolated case) of these people.

Everything Congress is doing is instituting a Marxist system. There has never been a case of a Marxist system not creating a living standard we would call poverty. We will not be the first exception in the history of civilization.

It's time to split the Republican Party. Let the Democrats wearing a Republican costume join the party they belong to anyway. Turn the majority over to the Democrats and fight for the Constitution and sane government from a position where we know everyone on this side of the line in the sand is actually on the side of sanity in government and the Constitution.

What the Democrats want is a race war. They are disguising it and promoting it as a class war. The justification is class warfare, but the effectation will be a race war.

Those who promote this race war can be identified by looking at their party affiliation - Democrat. Those who oppose the concept of racial differentiation and promote the reality that a person is identified by what they do can align themselves with the TEA Party.
It's that simple.

just in case you've seen something different on the nutjob sites....

Thank Bipartisan Committee Work for Corporate Welfare in Tax Bill

Throughout the tax debate, we heard righteous indignation from both parties regarding the need to close up special interest loopholes in the tax code. Yet the special interest loopholes were the only items preserved in the cliff tax bill. The entire package of over $40 billion in corporate subsidies and green social engineering was taken from a Senate Finance Committee Bill, which unfortunately, was supported by 6 Republicans last August – Orrin Hatch, Mike Crapo, Olympia Snowe, Chuck Grassley, John Thune, and Pat Roberts.

Included in the committee bill, which ultimately became a part of the fiscal cliff bill, was $18 billion worth of green energy pork. The most prominent item was the Production Tax Credit, the equivalent of the Earned Income Tax Credit for Big Wind.

Charging at work means that their employer has installed charging stations for use by the employees OR they're parking in public charging spaces and paying. Orlando has public parking spaces with chargers, even little Eustis Florida installed a few.

Typical bullshyte question from Flacko.

There you go again Carol, blaming the divisiveness in this country on Obama when it was the right who from the very beginning did their utmost to obstruct anything that would help the economy recover and put people back to work. The very night he was elected a predominantly black church was burned to the ground in Springfield Massachusetts by a group of racists who were angry that a black man was elected.
If Mitt Romney wasn't the right then who was nitwit? The GOP had one candidate, John Huntsman who had a chance but his problem was that he was actually sane and the extreme right culled him out at the beginning. The rest of the field were whack jobs and buffoons.
Obama didn't get lucky stupid, the Republican plan was economically unfeasible and quite frankly morally repugnant.
Obama's policies haven't failed liar. In his first two years before the Republicans retook the House he was able to pull the economy out of the ditch that their policies put us in.
You're predictable and ignorant screed about Obamacare is also false. In the end it's all about ending abuses that big insurance used to fleece their subscribers and pad the bottom line. Maybe you think it's all right for them to take money and then try to weasel out of paying when you really need it but I don't and the majority of Americans don't either.

Surprise!
We have a national sales tax.

As part of the schedule for this tax, it was planned to begin taking effect on the first of the year after the election.

Can anyone here reference any member of Congress that warned anyone about this tax beginning after the election?
If your Congressman was that ignorant, do you really want them to stay in Congress?
If your Congressman intentionally kept this information from you, do you want someone who was part of a conspiracy to keep you ignorant in Congress?

It's time to formally establish the TEA Party as a political party.

Perhaps you can explain the Obama national sales tax....

Then, since you have such insight, explain to us how that 47 percent of the population that are mooching off the other half of the population will be given additional credits and exemptions that will compensate them for any of the Obama national sales tax they have to pay.
Only an idiot believes Obama intended to increase the taxes on his moocher base.

Perhaps you missed it when your Congressman warned you about the national sales tax beginning on the first of the year before the election. Come to think of it, I don't recall any member of Congress warning anyone about the national sales tax beginning on the first of the year.
YOu will now commence paying the first of the several Obama taxes.
Look on the next receipt you get from, oh, say Walmart for a line item titled "Medical excise tax".
That's the national Obama sales tax.
Next, let's look at the deal between the Democrats and RINOs that increase the deductions and exemptions that allow that 47 percent of the population to continue mooching off the other half of the population. I'm betting the increased deductions and exemptions actually increased that 47 percent.
Perhaps we will have for the first time ever a situation where fully half the population is moochers.
Well, just who is supposed to make the economy work when half the population is f**k*ng moochers?
To be fair, not all are moochers - just jobless. Even if only some of the economic seers are right, 600,000 more jobs will be lost after the cliff deal.

Those of us who have jobs and have to work will be carrying a heavier load in lieu of the increasing number of victims of this administration's policies.

We shouldn't be where we are now no matter how bad the housing market crisis was four years ago. But considering Obama won on the issue of abortion and birth control pills, it's no wonder.

There's that Mitt Romney 47% again. So you really want to tax an 80 year old widow living on SS that can't pay for all her Meds now or the guy on his 3rd tour in Afghanistan? Both together make up more than 20% of the 47%.

I agree with that. When I said "moochers", I didn't mean to imply they are all intentionally moochers. The system is being adjusted to increase the number of people relying on the government, and to disparage the idea of being self-reliant.
Many don't want to be moochers, but the system gathers them together with the intentional moochers.

only 47%?

Reagan would be disappointed.

and some similar hypocrisy.....

Just a few years ago, the tax deal pushed through Congress on Tuesday would have been a Republican fiscal fantasy, a sweeping bill that locks in virtually all of the Bush-era tax cuts, exempts almost all estates from taxation, and enshrines the former president’s credo that dividends and capital gains should be taxed equally and gently.

But times have changed, President George W. Bush is gone, and before the bill’s final passage late Tuesday, House Republican leaders struggled all day to quell a revolt among caucus members who threatened to blow up a hard-fought compromise that they could have easily framed as a victory. Many House Republicans seemed determined to put themselves in a position to be blamed for sending the nation’s economy into a potential tailspin under the weight of automatic tax increases and spending cuts.

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/01/02/us/politics...

it's no wonder Romney was their pick. the whole damn party is etch-a-sketch.
