Yeah, that is a big mistake, sounds as bad as home schooling. I have a co-worker that has 3 kids all homeschooled by the wife, who is not too bright herself, and these kids are complete social retards.

Its a graduated income tax.
We all pay from the same chart.
I pay more on some of my income as others. I am not being punished at all.
I support my country. I don't whine about it like you & consider supporting your government as punishment.
Anti-American Azzholes like you should be thrown out of this country if you don't want to support it.
you are 'probably' only paying 10ish percent in REAL taxes RealDave...

you have to have a 'law' make you and I pay more?

Its about envy...you are not going to pay more UNTIL you make others do it...

"...Congressional Budget Office data show that the poorest fifth of households paid an average of 4.0 percent of their incomes in federal taxes in 2007, the latest year for which these data are available — not an insignificant amount given how modest these households’ incomes are; the poorest fifth of households had average income of $18,400 in 2007.[6] The next-to-the bottom fifth — those with incomes between $20,500 and $34,300 in 2007 — paid an average of 10.6 percent of their incomes in federal taxes. havin babies is your excuse to not work...
Get out of the kitchen...the soup kitchen and get a job!
Before I even ask you this question, here's a brief summary. Yes my mother & father worked all my life. Both have been working since they were in their teens in factories, not no bullshit sitting on their asses all day jobs that get paid more than the laborers (folks who deserve it). Now I'm willing to bet your last comment is coming from a person who's father worked , but mother was a stay at home mom(if not my apologies). Had a nanny & all! See thats normal for white folks to have a household where the father works & the mother stays home, but for black folks you point the finger when the reality is the system is designed to lock the black fathers up & leave mother home alone in the world to fend for the family. Now you can turn a blind eye to the facts, but it's fact so before you point the finger know the facts or at least acknowledge them. I don't got to break down the% of black to white inmates in prison or the fact that crimes committed by blacks are targeted more by far & carry far worse penalties when white/blue collar crimes happens on a much larger scale & have the tendency to devastate whole communities. You people feel entitled, but just know that every action has a reaction. If the system wants to continue to make locking up black makes a business, then you will continue to have more women with babies on welfare & that goes for every minority. It gets deeper than that. Countless black males dont pay taxes because they're either locked up or on parole with a record so nobody will hire them. Now that forces them to repeat the cycle of committing a crime to survive & provide for their family, getting caught & locked up again, female left alone to provide for the family, can't affords childcare so they stay home & collect welfare, & the story never ends. THINK BEFORE YOU START POINTING FINGERS!

Oh really? He has said that Roe v. Wade was one of the SC worst decisions and that he is strongly pro life. He has also said that he would favor abortion rights to be a state issue. Well, we all know what that means. States rights usually translate to no rights.
Not really, what he's saying in that position is that he doesn't believe the federal government has a say and that it shouldn't be decided by SCOTUS. Again, he's never been involved in any legislation on the issue.

as we juxtapose...

"In 1958, the top 3% of taxpayers earned 14.7% of all adjusted gross income and paid 29.2% of all federal income taxes. In 2010, the top 3% earned 27.2% of adjusted gross income and their share of all federal taxes rose proportionally, to 51%"

There's really no need to discuss further the progressive politically correct nonsense in our public schools. This pretty much sums it up.

A first-grade girl in West Marion, North Carolina, wrote a poem honoring her two grandfathers who served in Vietnam for a Veteran's Day assembly.

She had written about both of her grandfathers:“He prayed to God for peace. He prayed to God for strength.”

Another parent found out about this and complained to the school district.

The McDowell County Board of Education had a meeting...yes, you read that right...the Board of Education had a "meeting"...and the word "God" was stripped from this first-graders poem.

If we can't all agree this is nothing but politically correct unconstitutional nonsense which is decaying the public schools and society as a whole, we might as well surrender now. This is how it begins. Complacency is how it will end.

This is not the first time public schools have silenced children who exercise their freedom of speech and their freedom to express religion. It won't be the last.

Do any of us really believe this would have happened if this child had mentioned Allah or Buddha?

The US added 146,000 jobs in November, official data shows, as the economy seemingly shrugged off storm Sandy.

The unexpectedly strong performance brought the unemployment rate down to

a four-year low of 7.7% of the workforce.

The jobs figure was well above most analysts' expectations and continued a recent surge that begun in July.

Weekly jobs claims registered a sharp but short-lived jump in the number claiming benefits in the states ravaged by the storm last month.

"Our analysis leads us to conclude that Hurricane Sandy did not substantively impact the national employment and unemployment estimates for November," said John Galvin, acting commissioner at the Bureau of Labour Statistics (BLS), which produced the jobs report.
