It is a free country and if you can afford the habit, go for it. Pollution - noise, trash, second hand smoke - affects everyone. I sense you are respectful in that regard.

I absolutely appreciate your argument. When I quit smoking years ago, I couldn't stand to be around cigarette smoke and wondered why I or anyone ever took up the habit.

But do you even realize the profundity of what you posted?

can't take away rights from a sentient being, which a blastocysts, zygote, embryo, fetus is not.

if smoking only affected the smoker, then I would be against the effort to stop public smoking....however it doesn/t. It has detrimental health affects on others...ergo your right to smoke ended when it affects my health
