No need to jump on the bandwagon in a feeble attempt to diminish me. I'm not drinking. Do you have a daughter? Would you be in favor of her having to prove to the government that she was raped? Why should any woman have to have a child she does not want? Think about it seriously Peppy, rather than agree with these Neanderthals who have it in for women. You're better than that, I hope
I have a daughter and two granddaughters. I do not want them to use abortion as a means of birth control which is what many women are doing today. In addition, I don't want to pay for that abortion with my tax dollars! Women need to take some responsibility for pregnancies.

If you're willing to believe the nonsense about arabs with box cutters taking over airplanes, be my guest.
If you thought about it, you'd know it was all bullspit.
Far easier to accept the Gov't drivel, as it was concerning th e'Sneak Attack' on Pearl Harbor that our Gov't knew about at least three days before the actual attack.
There is Congressional testimony from the Admiral at Pearl, asking why the Gov't didn't relay the info that an American Sub had spotted an enormous Japanese task force steaming directly towards the Hawaiian Islands.
The best way to get an unwilling public to back a war is to stage a false flag event.
See the Maine in 1898, the Lusitania in 1915, The Tonkin Gulf nonsense, etc.
I'm kinda surprised at your lack of curiosity.
Well anybody who believes we actually landed on the moon will believe anything. Anybody with a brain knows that the moon landings were faked to draw attention away from Vietnam.

I'd advise that you might want to refrain from making your Graceless Old Prune guesses in certain circles--having a double caramel mocha latte thrown in your face might spell the end for an old bad-lifestyle-choice diabetic like you.

Hi Carol, I am listening to O'Reilly as well. The guy real knows how to find the right words, doesn't he. I often think that is what liberals hate about him. He isn't over the top like Limbaugh or Hannity, he just has a very concise way of conveying conservative values. Like tonight, he said "abortions for mere convenience" were just wrong as a value for our society. Liberal policies have promoted out of wedlock births and statistics prove that out. Not a problem if those births were mainly to women that could provide the means for support, but that is not the case. Too many require entitlements to raise their illigitimate children.

No but it does effect the rights of conscience of many Americans.

It's becoming a running theme of post-election analysis: the GOP has been living in a bubble.
Ever since Mitt Romney lost to President Obama -- a loss that reportedly shocked him -- pundits and analysts have pinpointed the conservative media as one of the problems facing the GOP. On Monday, Politico led with a story about the GOP's "media cocoon," which it said prevented it from seeing a true picture of the election.
Or, as writer David Frum put it, "Republicans have been fleeced and exploited and lied to by a conservative entertainment complex."
On Monday's "Morning Joe," Joe Scarborough added to the growing list of takedowns. Speaking about the donors who poured hundreds of millions of dollars into conservative Super PACs, he said they should be mad that they were "lied to" by conservative media:
"If I were a donor, my biggest problem would be that I was lied to. I was lied to by the, as David Frum said, the conservative entertainment establishment. I mean, the conservative media establishment. They lied to the donors, they lied to the base, they lied to everybody about how Romney was ahead and things were looking good in the Senate. The pollsters lied. Everybody lied! And so guys keep writing checks and find out the reason they went to Minnesota and Pennsylvania is because all of these people that were saying Romney was going to win Ohio, they knew he was not going to win Ohio. They knew all along!"

You are the making disengenuous comments not me. I don't condone rape and you should know that. I think abortion should be a choice of last resort, not one of convenience. Conception is the potential of a human being no matter when you believe life actually begins. Taking a potential life is not akin to having a wart removed. That said, I say it is not my position to force someone else to have a child they do not want. That's the law so it is not an issue.

Either way, your suggestions that republicans support rape is plain ludicrous.

Ok, that is not the issue. The issue is women's (your daughter and granddaughters) rights to make their own choices regarding their reproductive rights. No one is pro abortion. No one uses abortion as a means of birth control.
It's not about your tax dollars. If your daughter and granddaughters have health insurance; why should it not cover their contraceptives and abortions?
