No but it does effect the rights of conscience of many Americans.

A federal district court in Colorado granted a preliminary injunction against a controversial Obamacare regulation on July 27, 2012.

I always tried to keep that in mind--having been raised during those libuhrul, lean years. Thank God, conservatives weren't frowned upon then, and the values of were still somewhat ap-parent anyway!!

Gotta feel for the under 30 Working class crowds though....the LAST thing they need is MORE taxes for Washington to WASTE, out of their meager paychecks.

It's becoming a running theme of post-election analysis: the GOP has been living in a bubble.
Ever since Mitt Romney lost to President Obama -- a loss that reportedly shocked him -- pundits and analysts have pinpointed the conservative media as one of the problems facing the GOP. On Monday, Politico led with a story about the GOP's "media cocoon," which it said prevented it from seeing a true picture of the election.
Or, as writer David Frum put it, "Republicans have been fleeced and exploited and lied to by a conservative entertainment complex."
On Monday's "Morning Joe," Joe Scarborough added to the growing list of takedowns. Speaking about the donors who poured hundreds of millions of dollars into conservative Super PACs, he said they should be mad that they were "lied to" by conservative media:
"If I were a donor, my biggest problem would be that I was lied to. I was lied to by the, as David Frum said, the conservative entertainment establishment. I mean, the conservative media establishment. They lied to the donors, they lied to the base, they lied to everybody about how Romney was ahead and things were looking good in the Senate. The pollsters lied. Everybody lied! And so guys keep writing checks and find out the reason they went to Minnesota and Pennsylvania is because all of these people that were saying Romney was going to win Ohio, they knew he was not going to win Ohio. They knew all along!"

No need to jump on the bandwagon in a feeble attempt to diminish me. I'm not drinking. Do you have a daughter? Would you be in favor of her having to prove to the government that she was raped? What if she couldn't? Should she be subjected to rape by the state with a vaginal probe, at her expense? Forced to bear the rapists baby? I am a fighter for the rights of women, and civil rights for all human beings.
Why should any woman have to have a child she does not want? Think about it seriously Peppy, rather than agree with these Neanderthals who have it in for women. You're better than that, I hope
You are the making disengenuous comments not me. I don't condone rape and you should know that. I think abortion should be a choice of last resort, not one of convenience. Conception is the potential of a human being no matter when you believe life actually begins. Taking a potential life is not akin to having a wart removed. That said, I say it is not my position to force someone else to have a child they do not want. That's the law so it is not an issue.

Either way, your suggestions that republicans support rape is plain ludicrous.

I have a daughter and two granddaughters. I do not want them to use abortion as a means of birth control which is what many women are doing today. In addition, I don't want to pay for that abortion with my tax dollars! Women need to take some responsibility for pregnancies.
Ok, that is not the issue. The issue is women's (your daughter and granddaughters) rights to make their own choices regarding their reproductive rights. No one is pro abortion. No one uses abortion as a means of birth control.
It's not about your tax dollars. If your daughter and granddaughters have health insurance; why should it not cover their contraceptives and abortions?

What a lame response. What are we two weeks out and still 80,000 customers have no service. Some of these customers are apartment complexes with a few hundred residents. Of course in your mind there are plenty of generators, those without power were simply to stoopid to fire up that generator. You are a troll, not very bright but still a troll. If president nobama told you feces was good for you, you would stock up.

I have nothing against Obama personally, I'm sure he's a a devoted father and a good person in general, but why all this praise? Honestly, what has he done? He's driven us further into debt, and eased the restrictions on welfare to make it easier for people to freeload off the government. He's giving away free phones and birth-control. To be honest, if you can't afford your own birth control, you shouldn't be having sex in the first place, that's just common sense right there. Obama is pulling off another "New Deal" right before our very eyes. It didn't work for FDR, as the depression didn't end until after the war, and its not going to work for Obama. He's a Marxist, and he needs to change his policies or we're doomed!

You are clueless about Flight 93.
Where is the wreckage? It was never found. Crashed airliners leave massive debris fields. 93 left a scar in the earth and no engines or anything else were ever recovered. Same with the Pentagon.
You really naive enough to believe the Gov't views?? Why'd Bush try to stonewall the 9-11 investigation for months and months??
Why have so many of early witnesses mysteriously died??
You have to go back to the day of the attacks. Every network reported hearing 'explosions' immediately prior to the collapse of the towers.
Witnesses heard explosions before WTC 7 fell, days later.
You're very gullible.
It's very easy to accept the Gov't version of events.
To think otherwise challenges all we've been taught. Most people are sheeple and would rather not think about it.
And TWA 800 was shot down by the USS Normandy. The poorly trained crew accidentally shot it down but the "official" cause was falsely determined and reported by the Clinton Administration to be a fuel tank explosion. "BJ Bill" didn't want to shoulder the blame for their poor training (due to his massive military budget cuts) and jeopardize his chances of winning the upcoming November election. Another massive cover-up for political gain, similar to the way Obama is handling the Benghazi fiasco.

You fail to comprehend. I never said I did not have health insurance. I will admit I have used the emergency room on occasion, first time when my daughter fell off her bike in the evening, she broke her wrist. In your mind I should have let her suffer until the next day. The 2 nd time an artery in my groin ruptured again in your mind I should have ignored the problem. Oh, by the way, in both cases may insurance covered the cost.
In one way Romney was correct, many who go to the ER have no insurance, and their care is free for them. By law in this state hospital emergency rooms are required to provide service no matter if the patient is able to pay or not. A good thing.
